Welcome to the Cozy Comfort. This newly renovated 2nd floor fits whether you are visiting by yourself or with your family. We have a well-equipped kitchen for preparing a tasty meal. We provide pots, pans, and cooking utensils for making meals. Restaurants are about ten minutes away. Spend your free time watching a smart T.V. You can hook up your Netflix account or internet streaming service. You can begin and end your day with a drink from the coffee station followed by a refreshing shower.

Great location is service on corner to take you to the Fern Rock station to Center City. Property was clean and the owner was very attentive to any questions we may had. Yes, we would stay at this property again.

Excellent communication from the host. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Spacious living space. Location in a bit of a noisy street /area but with a/c on drowns out noise.

The apartment is a fair value, and the host was very kind and communicated clearly. That said, the apartment had quite a strong odor, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. It really needs a thorough cleaning. There were cobwebs throughout the apartment, the fan had a large layer of dust hanging from it, and the floors were grubby, especially in the corners.

Great value and comfort in convenient neighborhood in North Philadelphia!! Second floor, large two-bedroom apartment with separate living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, bathroom with tub and wonderful, endless hot water!! Corner lot with free street parking at all times. Quiet and friendly neighbors. A wonderful find!!

Bruce was very helpful and clear about everything. Responded right away as well. We had no issues, apartment was clean and comfortable, on street parking with no issues and would stay there again when in Philly! We used a car but my daughters stayed in the city for a show and took a bus back late and no issues either!

Overall, this property was clean and safe once we got inside! The property is somewhat “bare boned” but that is exactly what we saw and expected given the price point. We obviously knew a little about the area when booking this place, but upon arriving we felt quite uneasy walking to public transit as two young women (10-15 minute walk to the SEPTA). We had also worked with the host ahead of time to have an early check-in (1 pm) because of other obligations. I gave a 30 minutes heads up to the host and then messaged him when we arrived at the property. After a few minutes, I called him and he seemed very unaware that we had arranged an early check-in with him. He then sent us the door code and full info. for a different property (a studio apartment)? I called him back and we eventually got into the correct house once the cleaners were finished (the “cleaners” was him lol). He was very kind despite this rough check-in and really hammered in the fact that this place is safe despite the neighborhood…this honestly made us way more concerned haha!BUT ultimately it is a lovely place with updated appliances and double coded entry. It is quite cozy and comfortable once you’re inside! Just beware that access to public transit is a bit of a sketchy walk for people who are not locals.

Host was great to work with. Very quick turnaround on answering question and providing updates.Apartment is very urban. There was lots going on around us, but did not hinder sleep. We weren’t able to park in the space shown. But street parking was not an issue.I missed in the description that this is on the second floor with a few steps getting to it. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean.It was very bare bones in regards to decor and furnishings. But I can imagine it can be quite difficult being a host in this area.
