In the middle of all the best of downtown Greenville is 654 South MAIN STREET! This 2 BR, 2 Bath condo is modern and sleek but still cozy with exposed brick and an open concept. Everything you want during your stay is within a pedestrian-friendly walking distance such as shopping, street-side dining, and loads of entertainment. This area will have you charmed being in the heart of Falls Park with the breezes of Reedy River Falls throughout the shade of its lush greenways.
The space
You will love the awesome location! This area is shady and breezy with wide sidewalks making it a pleasant stroll to see and do whatever you want — riverfront gardens, waterfall views, nature walks, coffee shops, breakfast spots, breweries, and eateries on the water — all a part of a good, downtown vibe with live music and artistic venues. Like to shop? Come on down. Or in town on business? It won’t feel like work in this town! And after it all, relax in one of our stylish, contemporary condos which feature large kitchen, complimentary wifi, widescreen smart TVs, and more. And feel free to book all three units for larger groups (#2, #3, and #4) We hope to see you soon! Things to note: This unit has skylights for windows as opposed to traditional windows. Also, there is a keypad for entrance to the building and then the condo has a digital lock for entry.

Reserved parking for the home was great. Was right in the middle of the downtown area with walkability to all sorts of restaurants and the wonderful park. Loved it!!

Great stay in Greenville

This is a great property in a prime Greenville location. The space is very roomy, very comfortable for 1 or 2 couples. Modern, loft-like, industrial-chic decor with high ceilings and beautiful refinished wood floor. Well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with large bathroom and shower/tub option. No issue with water temp or pressure.Even though you're on a restaurant-lined street (and basically across the street from the waterfall park), there was never any intrusive noise through our 4 day stay.TV was easy to use and the connection to youtubeTV allowed access to local stations.And a dedicated parking place.We have no hesitation recommending this property.

Wonderful Location

Great location close to tons of shopping, restaurants and the Falls park area. The townhome is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Nice location, but a bit claustrophobic

This place is really in a great location. Unit was really cute, but a little user difficulty with closet space. But, absolutely no windows. Felt like we were in a fallout shelter.

Gorgeous Getaway

The location is perfect and is right next to my favorite spot, Coral. The space is gorgeous with natural lighting and a clean/modern look. I honestly wish it were on the market to purchase, because I definitely would buy it John was responsive and kind! My only tidbit is parking can be tricky since people downtown on a Saturday will put their cars where they don’t belong. So park your car earlier in the day and utilize the prime location to walk (we were running late to a dinner reservation so that’s why we drove, lol) John was responsive and helpful so there was a quick resolution. Will be coming back!

Terrific Place

This 2 bedroom was amazing. Plenty of room and welcoming open space for our group. Great location, very clean, and owner was very responsive. We rented 3 units and they are all amazing.

Great Stay! Fantastic location

clean and spacious with Ideal Location

This place is located on Main St, so you can walk everywhere. There is a dedicated parking spot in back, but you may not need your car at all! Spotlessly clean with lots of open space.

Industrial & Spacious - Perfect Location

This is a PERFECT location and has impressive amenities like a spacious kitchen, 2 king-size beds each with a private full bath. I’m in love with the light fixtures. It’s an industrial vibe with tall ceilings, exposed ductwork, brick walls and many skylights! The parking spot and access to a washer and dryer are convenient. Based on who you’re staying with… be aware that none of the bathroom doors have locks and the noise between rooms is notable. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

Ideal Apartment for Exploring Downtown Greeneville!

My husband and I & our close friends had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous apartment. Just as pictured, the decor, furnishings & authentic character had a cool, high-end vibe. Both couples enjoyed the large, comfortable rooms & bathrooms, and we loved sharing meals in the beautiful dining area. We all kept saying how perfect the location was for exploring all that Downtown has to offer. John was a great host with quick responses to several questions & easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend!

Great Open Floor Plan, Great Location & Free Parking Included

The property is exactly as depicted on the website. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location, easy to walk to the Peace Center, Falls Park on the Reedy, the Swamp Rabbit Trail and many restaurants. My friend and I had a great stay and enjoyed hanging out in the condo to relax. It is also great to have a free parking space included because Greenville can be hard to find parking, especially free parking. We will stay again. Just a suggestion. It would be nice to have a phone number to call in case there are any issues or questions at time of check-in or during a stay, rather than having to send a message via the VRBO site. We didn't have any issues during our stay that required us to contact the owner, but I wanted to send a message saying we were checking out, so the cleaning crew could come in, but couldn't log in to the VRBO app, so couldn't send the message. I've stayed other places where there was an issue with the code to get into the place and having a person to call was extremely helpful. It is not a big deal, but just a suggestion.

Comfortable Location -- Interior Unit, so no window views!

Loved the location right in town and the apartment was decorated very nicely. There were some maintenance issues -- a few things needed light repairs and cleanliness issues with linens. Also, keep in mind the apartment is in interior unit, there are no windows looking out, which can feel a bit closed in.

Perfect West End Location in Greenville!

Beautiful condo in terrific location! Stayed for 3 nights and walked to concert at Bon Secours. Clean, quiet, and cool design. John was clear in his communication. You can walk everywhere! Next to Reedy. We parked the car and never moved it for 3 days. Just perfect!
