Sunny, comfortable, and well-appointed, this ground-floor condo in Destin will place you less than a block from the beautiful, white-sand beach and the emerald Gulf of America.

As you enter this easy, garden-level space, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning and a cozy living area that connects to a the patio through sliding glass doors. This is where you'll begin and end each day, sipping your coffee outside on the patio, preparing breakfast and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher), and watching movies on the flatscreen cable TV.

After a day spent on the beach, you'll have a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, WiFi to help you share photos with loved ones, and an on-site pool and sundeck if you're not ready to come indoors just yet. At night, each of the two bedrooms has its own flatscreen TV to lull you to sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place!

Perfect Getaway

Great little condo for a beach vacation. Short walk to a private beach that wasn't overly crowded granted it was October - but the beach and weather was beautiful. Has all the things you need - just bring your beach gear and you're good to go. Walking distance to a beach shop if you forget anything. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

Destin vacation

It was a beatiful apartment. There was a provlem with my bathroom toilet not filling with water and flushing, they came and fixed it within 12 hrs. Suggestion: Need to have some coffee like hotels do

Spring Break ‘24

Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay at St Martin Villas. The condo was in the middle of pretty much anything we wanted or needed to do while in Destin. The private beach access was great and wasn’t crowded when compared to the other larger condos close by. The condo was clean and it was nice having two bedrooms with two full baths. If traveling back to Destin we would stay here again.

For the price I paid i thought it would be better ! A heads up there is no office area they send you a code to your phone or email you the code to your room ! First off the TV on our room it wasn't even on the TV mount right and couldn't even change the channel . There was a a keycode on our bedroom closet that we didn't have the code for so we couldn't put our stuff away. The bed we're like sleeping on the hardwood floor they was so stiff ! Secondly there was a lamp that was on the floor that was GLASS and I have children thats not very save which it did end up breaking because the cord was to long and again was on the ground ! The dryer didn't wanna dry our clothing it took 4 times to even get them a damp dry and the dish wash was even used while I stayed there and it stunk ! Also there was a cabinet above our fridge that had a bicycle lock on it with a bunch of used liquor, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, and other things ! Don't understand why that was there but if I was you and this is your last resort then it'll do but if you can find somewhere else I would try !

We loved it!!

This was the best decision! The walking distance private beach access was the cherry on top!The location was right in the middle of everything and the environment was calm and relaxing. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

Don’t pass this place up!

Wow! Not only is this place decorated cute, it’s clean and offers everything you could need for a stay that makes you feel at home! A quick walk to the beach, convenient parking and a pool! What more can you ask for?
