Paradise surrounds you when you book a stay at 'Seaside Sanctuary'! Bright, updated, and nestled in a prime location - this beautiful retreat is minutes away from numerous parks, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and live music venues. Additionally, any day can be called a beach day, as two brilliant beaches are within walking distance. The closest is three minutes (O'Steen Beach). Harbor Walk is only minutes away via local water taxi (seasonal). The condo is also a five-minute drive to Target and Walgreens for all your personal needs.

Enjoy unwinding on the living room's comfortable sofa inside your home away from home as you tune into your favorite TV show or movie. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. The bedrooms are equally inviting, with perks like high-quality linens, private TVs, Pack-N-Play for your toddler, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and balcony round out the condo's amenities!

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The perfect place to come home from the beach to! The washer and dryer were a huge bonus but we did have to buy soap for it. More towels and washclothes would be great, but there were a few supplied. Air and lights all worked wonderfully. The beds gave great beauty sleep and the couch was especially comfy. We would stay here again! Thank you for the housing.

Birthday Trip

We stayed at this location for 4 nights, we truly enjoyed the condo. The location was perfect it was on the beach and close to local restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans that we needed. The only thing I would say that could have been a little bit better would be the air conditioning. It didn't get as cool as we would have liked but other than that we will be saving this location for future trips.

Good

Good area, but no beach access. A short walk down the road will bring you to a public beach though. Garbage disposal didn’t work and space was tight. Overall, great place and I would give a solid 4 out of 5.

Sea Side Sanctuary visit during busy season.

I loved the location, the cleanliness, and being able to bring my family down and having enough space for everyone to sleep and have 2 separate bathrooms. Being able to walk 3 mins to the beach and have space on the beach and not have to find parking is a game changer.

MOLD. MOLD. MOLD. Did I mention mold?

Mold on ceiling around every ceiling vent, mold lining bottom of both shower curtains, stains all over couch and pillows. I get it’s close to the beach and there will be an up-charge for location, but this place should not even be available to rent with the amount of mold present. No refund for a health hazardous environment. Take your money somewhere that will actually use it to upkeep their property.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location close to all the stores and restaurants. Osteen beach is a 3 min walk, very close to the rental property. The beach is really private, not crowded so that was good! It seems like the beach caters to emerald coast hotel guests. There are lots of boats that drop off and pick up the guests too, so look forward to that. The community is really nice, nice views, huge homes. The rental property itself could use some new cleaners. Hair on walls, in the shower, linen sheets were stained, the accent pillows were stained too. The kitchen is outdated and the garbage disposal stinks. The neighbors there were really nice too. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I just wished it was more cleaner, good thing we came with our own cleaning supplies. Communication with the host was good, they were responsive.

MOLD. The bathroom had dark mold in many spots - all over the shower curtain and around the air vents. It smelled musty and wet in the condo. Seeing as the couch and pillows had stains on them and the garbage can was broken, it did not seem like this condo is well taken care of. The location was a short walk to the beach so that was convenient, but the dirty condo was not worth the higher price point. Would not recommend this condo. Customer service was friendly when we reported the issues.

A True Sanctuary By The Seaside!

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay here! It really felt like a home away from home, it was cozy and peaceful. I loved how we were only a 4 minute walk from O'steen Beach, it wasn't crowded and seemed more like a private beach. The water was calm and it looked so beautiful. The home was clean and spotless. It was well equipped with all essentials and cooking basics. We were about a 5 minute drive from any store you could think of. Our stay was definitely a 10/10 and I look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was perfect for our little family. It was beautifully decorated & clean! A lot of space for our belongings which we definitely needed. The Washer an Dryer are small, but I will just remember to pack more laundry pods the next time I visit! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends! I loved how close O'Steen beach access was, but need to say for anyone booking that although the entrance is 3 minutes away, prepare for a bit of a walk through the sand to get a spot set up!

Disgusting!

The place was far from clean, hair on walls, sheets, and in bathroom. The floor was disgusting. My grandsons 1st bday is why we came, he crawled across the floor and was black with dirt. Promised clean staff would come out, never showed. There is no beach access from the property, it has been blocked by a huge fence. Customer service is terrible. Body wash, shampoo, etc is just hand soap. Pics are deceiving. Vacation is expensive, spend your money wisely and go somewhere else.

Nice home with walking distance to beach

We enjoyed our short stay in nautical way. It’s a really convenient location close to the stores, restaurants, and the beach. It’s in a very beautiful neighborhood too. A lot of big houses. Great views. The beach, Osteen Beach is about a 3 min walk from the rental property but then it’s maybe another 1-2 min walk through the pathway. That sand ain’t no joke! Esp when you have to haul a wagon. lol l. I forgot how challenging it could be. The beach is very quiet, and small. There are many boats from the hotels and tours or what not that come to that beach to drop off guests and pick them up. So expect a lot of boats at this beach. There are life Guards on duty, which is great! A portion of that beach is blocked off for some resort or hotel called Emerald something, I forgot. But once they break it down and put it up, it’s more room for the public. The rental property was great for what we needed. They could use new hiring crew though. Hair in the shower, walls, floor, sheets. Some sheets were stained, the decor pillows were really stained. The kitchen is outdated. The decor and aesthetic is nice. I just wished it was more clean. Thankfully we brought our own cleaning supplies. Overall, we have booked with Vacasa twice. I will continue to book with them.

Property wasn’t horrible, could use a new cleaner

When we first arrived I was instantly hit with a musty smell but was able to get over that. After further inspection I noticed there were crumbs all over the counters. That started my closer inspections of the cleanliness of the space. During my inspection I noticed not only the food on counters, the stove window looked very dirty, there were handprints on the fridge, there was hair in the shower near the soap bottles, there was something either brown/red on the wall of the bathroom and some hair, there were stains on the throw pillows on the couch, there were plastic clothing tags on the carpet in the living room. When reading previous reviews I noticed someone said that the chairs were broken and the owner responded saying they removed them; however, both chairs were still broken and I didn’t feel they would be safe to use so I was highly disappointed that it said they were removed when they clearly were not. There was no hand soap in either of the bathrooms. I believe their cleaning closet was supposed to be shut and locked however it was cracked open. Thankfully we were only here for a short stay so we were mostly only there to sleep and the beds were okay, it was good enough for that. We didn’t eat or cook any food while at the house so I am unable to comment on any of that. The location was good, close to the beach. Neighbors were a little loud stomping around until almost 11 pm. I can only add 8 pictures but I have a lot more.
