Spacious & sunny upstairs courtyard condo in The Marquette in Historic Bluff Heights neighborhood. Located conveniently between Belmont Shore & Downtown Long Beach, and just a short stroll to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. 2 miles from the Farmers market on Fridays along the Promenade.

Condo is fully furnished with original art work and luxury linens. All towels are made from 100% recycled rayon from bamboo. Spacious floor plan boasts hard wood flooring, recessed lighting and ceiling fans along with bright natural light and an abundance of storage space.

Parking is street parking, but there are helpful hacks and tips provided with the lease.

This space is perfect for a quiet professional.

Amazing short stay

The property has a great location. Everything you need for a short stay and walking distance to a lot of places that are fun! Took scooters down to the beach! Place was quiet and clean!

Great Location in LB for a Quick Stay

The space was great & exactly what I was looking for. I was in Long Beach during the recent heat wave, but Laine had an AC unit in the bedroom which made sleeping a dream. Quiet & cute neighborhood with close access to the beach and cute restaurants. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice place, nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this second-story apartment. It's tucked away from the street and traffic noise, which we appreciated. It had a comfortable sofa and bed, and the decor was cute. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We never got a chance to use the cruiser bike (maybe next time!).

Sunny Bright apartment

Great place, 2nd floor walk up to towards the end of balcony very private, very clean, all amenities that are necessary, and best of all a nice cruiser bicycle for the beach. We spent about a week here and parking wasn’t bad at anytime of the day. Folks in the surrounding areas are very friendly, supermarket is about a block away, and the school is down the block, very quiet, residential neighborhood.

Loved the apartment! Very quiet and soundproof. No AC but unit is fully equipped with fans and a window unit. We also loved how they had privacy/ light blocking curtains. The place was very well taken care off, clean, and easy to access. Lanie did provide us with everything we needed and was available in case we were missing anything. Close to the beach, to shops, restaurants, and downtown. I would definitely stay again !

Comfortable and Quiet

We stayed at this lovely VRBO in March 2023. The suite is around back, not visible from the street and has a lovely court yard to look out onto. It was very quite, and the most comfortable bed we have experienced in our travels. Parking is on street as advertised, but found we had to park on the next block over quite often. It is such a nice community to walk in it was not a issues for us. There are long set of stairs to get up to the apartment, so take that into consideration if a climb is a problem for you. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay, they responded immediately to any questions we had.

Property was not cleaned; didn’t stay

When I arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I called the property manager and she was not apologetic. She stated that she nor the cleaning crew were aware of a check in due to instant booking. She did offer to give me a full refund or wait for the property to be cleaned. I opted for the full refund because obviously the property is being poorly managed. The unit is accessed via access code. If I was able to enter, is the code not being changed after each guest? No way to know so I was not comfortable. I ended up booking a hotel for over double the price. Unacceptable considering I booked a month ahead of time.

Hi Naaki. I am sorry to see this review and apologize again. I know how stressful traveling can be, and work hard to take care of our guests. I offered to have a cleaner there within an hour and to refund your cleaning fee and first night. We also offered to refund your stay 100%, so you could book somewhere else if you preferred. When you chose that option I worked with VRBO to refund you immediately. I am sorry your experience was not up to our standards. We are still happy to honor our word and host you with a complimentary cleaning should you ever find yourself in Long Beach looking for a quiet getaway. Also yes codes for keyless entry are generated for new guests. Wishing you well and safe travels. Laine

Perfect location for us

The property was perfectly located for my wife and I to visit my first grandchild and provide a Thanksgiving dinner. We did not have a car, everything we needed was within walking distance. The kitchen was adequately supplied with pots & pans and most cooking utensils needed, although we did expect to purchase a few items. Dinner for 7 was prepared and ferried to my daughter's nearby appartment. We had a minor plumbing problem which was handled quickly by the host. I would recommend this property to others and will revisit this location on any future visits to Long Beach.

It was as nice as the pictures

Went for weekend with daughter & friend. The place was cozy, clean and decorated nicely. I liked the keypad entry & locking screen safety door. Communication was great. Loved close proximity to the beach and local food & entertainment. The surrounding area was nice as well. I felt safe walking the area. Only downfall was street parking & had to move car for street sweeper but that is no fault of the owner. I would definitely stay again if I get back to that area.

Great stay, would definitely book again!!

It was super easy to use the keypad to access the property and the instructions were helpful too! It was pretty hot when we first entered the condo, but once we opened all the windows and turned on the multiple fans that were available - It was perfect. The size of the condo was a great fit for us and the kitchen was well stocked to be able to make our meals. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!!
