Relax in this cozy, clean, and peaceful getaway located in a family-friendly neighborhood.

Private entrance with flexible, contactless self check-in.
Free parking available.
Ideal for solo travelers, couples, and business trips.

Please Note: This space is attached to the main house, but it has a private entrance for your convenience and privacy. As this is a family home, you may occasionally hear normal daytime household sounds. We do our best to be mindful of noise and ensure our guests’ comfort. Nights are generally quiet, but the space is not soundproof. If you’re very sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit. Thank you for understanding!

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

No smoking or drug use (including marijuana).
For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property. Marijuana smoke detectors are on-site.

This was the perfect spot for my recent stay. I was originally going to be traveling with a friend but ended up staying solo. Communication with the host was clear and smooth, the property was clean and exactly as described/shown in the photos. It was easy to park along the street, the suite was easy to find and access, and I felt safe while I was there. There were a few little helpful details like all of the switches being clearly labeled for lights and fans I also appreciated being able to make use of the washer/dryer because I was on the second leg of a trip, and that allowed me to reset a little extra. Absolutely no complaints - thank you!

We had a great stay here. Firstly, this was due to the exemplary communication by the host. We had all the information we needed, she checked in with care during our stay. So good. Secondly, this was a clean and really comfortable and quiet spot for us to stay during our trip. We spent most days at the Red Rock Canyon and were very grateful to return for a comfortable evening. Everything worked well and I would highly recommend.

Quiet comfortable location

Very clean and modern place to stay. Located in a gated community which is quiet. Ashley is a wonderful host. Location has plenty of options regarding restaurants and shopping. I stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioner was wonderful. Highly recommended!!

Perfect spot for our stay

The place was exactly as promoted, In a great location for us. We were in the Las Vegas area to do some hiking. This spot was close to main highways, but out of busy traffic. Everything was clean and check in and check out were super easy!

This was the highlight of our trip! Anything we could possibly need was already there. Ashley has definitely put effort and energy into creating a home away from home for guests. Really nice spot and a nice neighborhood. Kinda far from the strip but it was also nice and quiet for that reason.
