Welcome to this peaceful and spacious 4th-floor beach condo. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach. This beach condo is just a 5-minute walk to the #1 rated beach in the country and various restaurants and shopping. Clearwater Beach is known for its award-winning beaches, great restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this apartment a home away from home!

Location: For reference, the condo is a 5-minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Excellent location! Clean!

We wanted a condo so 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) of us could stay together. We were I town to catch a Phillies Spring Training game but also wanted to hit the beach. This place was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, an ice cream parlor, mini golf and more. And we were provided access to beach chairs, towels, and toys. I definitely recommend this condo.

Family Beach Trip

Upon walking into unit large mirror had fallen off wall and was on floor. While the unit appeared to be clean the floors left our feet black! Needs a good scrub. Be aware the paper supplies are minimal and there are zero tissues. While the beach cart was handy there was not an umbrella(just a pole)/ no beach toys. There was an annoying alarm in the lobby which beeped most of our stay…in addition to fire alarms going off for a lengthy time multiple times.Location is close to the beach which was nice. All being said…it’s a decent property. We enjoyed our visit.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The property was clean and set up nicely for our family. It was close to the beach and had great views. The host was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect place and location

What a beautiful and comfortable condo. The beds were so comfortable! We so enjoyed it. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the gorgeous sandy beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was sad to see the damage from the recent hurricanes, but encouraging to see the optimism and repairing under way.

The condo was in a great location near the beach and restaurants. The pool are needs umbrellas for some shade. Other than that we loved our stay!

Girls birthday trip!

This place was very accommodating for six of us girls celebrating my 65th birthday. This condo was very accommodating and the location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach or dinner. We loved it! The only inconvenience was in the bedroom that had two double beds there was no mirror or hooks to hang clothing since there was no closet in this room.
