Welcome to this peaceful and spacious 4th-floor beach condo. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach. This beach condo is just a 5-minute walk to the #1 rated beach in the country and various restaurants and shopping. Clearwater Beach is known for its award-winning beaches, great restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this apartment a home away from home!
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1- (1) King-Size Bed
Bedroom 2- (1) Queen-Size Bed
Bedroom 3 - (2) Full-Size Beds
Living Room - Sleeper Sofa - Queen-Size
Location: For reference, the condo is a 5-minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

• Full-Size Washer and Dryer
• FREE Wi-Fi & Cable TV
• Linens and bath towels provided
• Iron/Ironing Board
• Hairdryer
• Beach chairs/toys/towels available for guests' use
• Communal Heated Pool with the hotel next door
• Perfect location! Walk to everything—no rental car needed.
• Gas Grills Near Pool Area
• Access to Elevator
• 25 years of age or older to book
• The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants

Hi, my name is Karina Gabriel, and I am the CEO of Palmhouse Vacation Rentals. Growing up in Puerto Rico, I had the opportunity to see the joy traveling brought to people’s lives. Starting at a young age in hospitality, I was able to see firsthand how important customer service and nice accommodations impacted people’s vacations.
