Had a wonderful time. The place was great and had a lot of fun on the river. Excellent wi-fi. Pet-friendly. P.S. there were only five forks in the kitchen. Could have used a couple more.

We had a great time at Lily Pad! The perfect location on the river and an easy walk into town. The house is beautiful and the basement offers a great play space for the kids. We plan on making this a regular trip for our family!

Very nice house on the river. we will be renting again next year. Did have a power outage for a few hours, but house was equipped with flash lights and lantern, so no big deal.

Lovely Getaway

We had a wonderful time, making sweet memories with our family. The house is super cute with an amazing backyard and came with kayaks, and it was right on the river, which made it even more magical.

The Lily Pad is magical, and it does not disappoint! Wide open windows, redwoods and the river. Growing up in Sevastopol, my husband and I both felt like he is kids if we could go out to the river for an afternoon. Getting to spend leisurely days on the dock, paddling the kayaks down to Johnson’s Beach for lunch at the snack bar, and watching a little birds in the morning, swoop up and down the river looking for breakfast as we drink our coffee on the dock is heaven. This is the second this is our second time at the Lili pad, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Staycation!!

We had such a great time! So much to do on the property and other activities all within walking distance. We had a group of teenage boys and they fished, kayaked, played ping pong, hot tub, and ate all weekend!We had a nice family dinner the last evening. I’m sipping coffee on the dock on the river right now soaking in the last hour of this tranquil place.Thank you, Lily Pad for such a wonderful time!

Beautiful weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean house in an ideal location in Guerneville. Just an hour north of SF, the perfect place to get away for a long weekend. The property is gorgeous too! Right next to the river, surrounded by trees and a lush green lawn. The house had everything we needed to hunker down and be comfortable but also near restaurants and shops to get out and enjoy a meal. We visited during the winter, but can't wait to return in the summer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent over 8 days here last Christmas. Had a great time living there and exploring the area.The owner has done a great job of stocking the place (kitchen, pantry etc) and actually make it functional. The game room was also quite fun too! I was pleasantly surprised by the checkout procedure. It was the easiest of anything I have experienced in vacation rentals. There was not not much for us to do except take our stuff and lock the door.

Amazing experience!

This property and the accommodations were incredible. Everything was clean, neat, beautifully designed and decorated, and the customer service was superb. Gorgeous location and access to the river. We had a blast and will most definitely be back!

The perfect river house

We had an amazing stay! The location is ideal. We hung out on the dock and played in the water the entire time. Our kids loved playing frisbee in the backyard and splashing around in the sprinkler. When it was time to eat, we just walked across the bridge. 10/10. Would highly recommend!

A stay among the Redwoods

Upon first impressions, the house was spacious and inviting. The inside was clean and comfortable, and the back deck had an amazing view of the ridge and two huge redwood trees flanking each side. Our families enjoyed the big open grassy area and the small pool and slide for the kids as well. It was a short drive or walk to the town to grab coffee, groceries, or dinner. A great place for a getaway from the city!

Loving, relaxing & perfect location

I rented the house with 3 girlfriends for my birthday and it was wonderful. The house is well described in the listing, but doesn't do justice to the calm and relaxation you feel lying out on the dock by the river or dining on the back porch. It's a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood and a very short drive to downtown Guerneville or an easy walk. All of the instructions were clear and the house was very well stocked - even came upon some birthday candles! I highly recommend this property - we had a great time here and loved the quiet and proximity to town. A wonderful first trip to Guerneville!

Bridal shower celebration

Seven friends gathered to celebrate the bride with homemade meals of Pozole and Noodles and quiche, one instructor in the group let us in Pilates and yoga we also took part in a hot tub soak under the beautiful moon and redwood trees would not have missed that!!! It's so quiet we all slept beautifully. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Girls trip for 4 of us- all from out of state. The house was fine. I'm sure if we were staying in the summer the direct access to the river would have changed the stay considerably! Nothing fancy and a bit tired but a great location and worked just fine. Felt it strange we have to bring our own towels for a house that touts a hot tub amenity - seems strange not to provide for guests:(

Great riverfront location!

We enjoyed all of the amenities this property had to offer! Sitting on the dock in the evening and watching the fish jump in the river was so relaxing! Great house for families. Close to restaurants and beaches.

The Lily Pad

Overall a great stay. The house itself could use a bit of love and care. You definitely know you're in a rental. Though, for the most part it was clean and comfortable.
