40th Birthday Celebration

What a fabulous place to stay! Communication was open and quick. The house itself is well maintained and thoughtfully set up including hours of fun to be had in the game room. Location is easy to find and close to everything you may want to explore. A perfect place to ring in my 40th birthday.

Great place to stay in winter

Had great time with the family for a few days in the winter. Comfortable, great open living area and many rooms for everyone.

My wife and I loved our quick getaway up there at Suncadia. Great location, house had everything we needed. We’d go back and stay at the same place anytime!

Everything we hoped

Communication first of all was terrific, every question answered promptly and accurately. Also, the area, home, amenities, etc...were all top notch. Adults and kids all had an absolute blast and we've already planned on a return trip for the same weekend next year :)

Suncadia Gem

Our annual holiday family gathering in Suncadia was made extra memorable by this lovely home. It was spacious yet cozy allowing our large family to find space to relax and come together for fun and games. We enjoyed the great room the most gathered around the fire for meals, watching football games, and coloring with the grandkids. The property managers communicated well in advance and throughout our stay. This is a home we will keep in our saved list to return to in the future.

Snowy getaway

() We couldn’t believe our eyes, walking in. The grand staircase, the high ceilings, the fireplace, the huge kitchen… the pictures did not do the place justice. It was easy to settle in, relax, play in the snow; a slowdown together was something my family needed very badly. Check-in/out was easy.(-) The oven was very loud when running. The handle of the fridge came loose, and the dryer ran cold. This made washing the sauna towels and drying snow clothes difficult. BUT the property management was easy to get ahold of through text.Would stay here again!

Great property management, decent property

Very responsive property managers and a very clean and nice property. Four stars instead of five for the following reasons: circuit breakers keep flipping, probably due to some ice melting pads they installed; some of the advertised games in the included game room were broken; and the appliances were in rough shape (oven and stove worked, but with issues - like the stove fan only worked a couple times). Overall a good rental, but needs some repairs to be worth five stars at this price point.

Wonderful house for a gathering. Very kid friendly

My family of 10 created a wonderful memory of staying together for a week. Ages ranged from 9 to 82. The garage and bikes were a great addition to the house. Two living rooms and 2 outside patios were awesome for when people wanted to do different things. The VRBO/Owners were very helpful in telling about things in the area for recreation. Our favorite was Coopers Hole for picnic and jumping into the water. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. I would rent again and hardly recommend it as a vacation spot for a family or grouping.

Small and big kids enjoyed tubing at the driving range. We all enjoyed the home and its warmth. Our youngest didn't want to leave she said "Best Christmas Ever" lets come back next year!

The whole family wants to come back again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a wonderful stay. Jam-packed game room for the kids. Beautiful location (lots of pines. a deer watched us hot tub from the edge of the golf course). Large, attractive rental. So many appliances and utensils in the kitchen, very well stocked. Tons of games and puzzles. Plenty of paths to explore in suncadia. FYI for management: 3 of the 4 bikes were not rideable (damaged tire tubes that wouldn't inflate or loose bike seat). The giant Jenga, being in an enclosed garage, is unpleasantly loud when it falls (almost unbearable). Maybe a cloth skirt or something would dampen the sound? The master bedroom door to the outside is very difficult to open/close and makes a loud squeak when you muscle it into/out of place.

The home accommodated our family 9. There was space for all. The game room in the garage offered fun entertainment and nightly ping pong tournaments. The bikes were and added bonus. The house is comfortable but dated. It needs a few repairs. The oven’s monitor did not work so there was no way to see what the temp was set to or use a timer. It didn’t let us know id oven was preheated and ready to use. The stove also had a few elements that did not work. This was frustrating when you pay a lot for a home and the appliances are not working. Otherwise, the experience was fun the rental process was easy, and the people easy to communicate with.

My family and I needed a break from our daily routine, and Suncadia delivered exactly what we needed. We’d always stayed at the lodge, but this time we rented a house for the first time... and couldn’t have been happier with the choice, especially this wonderful property. The large space and layout allowed us invite a couple of friends for our teenage kids, plus our dog, Arthur, and have a blast in the fully stocked home, the surrounding resort, and the neighboring towns.Being out in nature while enjoying everything this home offers made it an incredible value for the extended weekend. The management team was communicative before, during, and after our stay, which made the entire experience feel complete.Even though I missed on-premises golf season by one week, I still found a phenomenal course in Yakima that I likely wouldn’t have played if we hadn’t come here—so a big win for me, the one who booked the location! (smile)

We really enjoyed our two nights at the house, the communication with the rental vacation management was awesome. Definitely would rent this house again. It was perfect for my husband 70th birthday with our friends. I would say the only strange thing about it was that there was no guest bathroom or powder room because all the bathrooms were connected to bedrooms. But other than that, it was great thank you so much.
