Enjoy the idyllic sunny San Diego. Our home is nestled in a quiet cul de sac located next to a scenic open space preserve. Enjoy breakfast with a sunset dinner with an open view in our peaceful patio & breakfast nook. Work remotely from our workstation that comes with multiple external monitors, equipped to make your transition from relaxation to work seamless. It's a convenient, central location close to beaches (15 min away), Sea World, Legoland, SD Zoo, Balboa Park, and various local hikes.

This home is a bright, clean, and inviting open floor plan 1 story, with one primary bedroom (high-quality king sized bed) with a private bath, and two separate bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen sized beds) with a double-sink vanity shared bath. Natural light fills every room with warmth (vaulted ceilings add a spacious feel!), and the open kitchen/living room is perfect for gathering. There is a smart TV with very comfortable recliners in the living room, and desk + external monitors for remote work. The backyard patio is open for enjoying San Diego's beautiful weather and canyon views.

You can relax with the evening sunsets, or take a quick drive/walk to nearby beaches and trails -- some trails are walking distance and accessible via the neighborhood. We are located 2 miles from a shopping plaza for groceries or Starbucks, and a 10 min drive from restaurants with diverse cuisines. Downtown San Diego is only 20-25 min away from our location if you prefer nightlife or delicious pasta at Little Italy. A getaway (or blissful work-from-home set up) is at your fingertips here!

- Skylights with natural light in the bedrooms (can cover for better sleep) and hallway

Reservations are limited to 6 guests.

No parties, No pets, and No smoking allowed on the property, indoor as well as outdoor areas. If any of these rules are violated then the guest is subject to at least $1,000 fine and is subject to cancellation of their reservation.

*please note, we have 5 actively recording cameras which records video and audio. These cameras are on exterior of the property. 1 camera is on the front porch facing the front yard/driveway. 2 camera are on the outdoor patio facing the backyard. 2 camera are on the each sides of property facing side doors.

Tampering with the security and internet systems will not be tolerated.

We may require a copy of IDs for each guest before booking is accepted. To expedite booking process please share guest reviews from this or other rental sites at the time of booking.
