Just listed! Calling all adventure seekers! Whether you are out hiking or biking on the 400+ miles of trails, practicing your swing on pristine golf courses, or fishing for trout in Oak Creek you will be happy to come back and relax, cook your favorite meals and enjoy time together!

You and your guests will have a memorable experience in our quiet, cozy and perfectly-located home in West Sedona near shops restaurants and hiking trails. Our pet & family friendly 2-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience, quiet outdoor picnic space….and views of Thunder Mountain from the living room! Great for a hikers, bikers, families travelling with kids. Should your group need more space you could rent both units with the lower level unit (one bedroom studio with full kitchen)—just inquire with us!

PARKING: Parking for 2-3 cars in private driveway (it can fit more but we share this large driveway with the unit below but still plenty of space for large or extra vehicles)

PETS: Up to two Pets welcome with (per pet) fee

The owners use this home often and have enjoy having some of their gently used furniture here along with brand new comfy beds, kitchen items, linens, etc. Your comfort means a lot to us so we hope you will come, relax and enjoy our special home!

Cozy condo like place in a very quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood was great and it was away from the tourist center in Sedona. The kitchen was very good and well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The queen bed was very comfortable. I would have given this place a 5 but the king bed was very uncomfortable as it was very soft and sunken in and needs to be replaced. The instructions from the owners were very clear and it was easy to stay here.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed the comfortable beds after driving over 4 days from Tucson. Everything was organized and we enjoyed just relaxing on comfortable couch. Grants Pass is a small cute town and we wish we could have more time to explore.

Nice stay

Overall, our stay was nice. The apartment was clean, there was a plethora of kitchenware and we were able to cook meals easily. The only thing I would change is the mattresses. They were extremely soft and we did not sleep well.

Nice location with great view, great managers

Great location in west sedona near hiking trails. Love the view out the front window. Had one very large bedroom and a nice size living room. Kitchen was well equipped! Managers were very responsive if you need anything. Was a great experience

Good Times!

Had a lovely stay in West Sedona, great location close to all the hiking trails and amenities, beautiful mountain and sunrise view out front, beds were very comfortable, the included Red Rock Park Pass was great to be able to use. House was very clean and updated and there was plenty of hot water for 4 showers. We hiked every day and the rental was always a great place to come back to. Great communication all around with host, I highly recommend it!

Perfect House for our Getaway

House was in a great location - right near all the shops, grocery stores, and hikes. The scenery right outside our window was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome stay!

The house has a perfect private location with great views. It was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking and other household tasks. Owners communicated everything very well and made our stay very easy. Awesome time!

Sedona get away

A great quiet neighborhood and a spacious, clean home that was a pleasure to stay in. Everything we needed to be able to relax, cook, hang out and enjoy the spectacular scenery was spot on. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Would book this again for sure!!

Beautiful view!

This reviews the upper level portion of the house. The view out of the living room is gorgeous! Mountains and red rock everywhere. The house is close to downtown but not too close as it is very busy. The owners truly take great care to make sure things are comfortable.

Great location

My wife and I just stayed in Sedona for 4 days during our trip to Arizona. This was an affordable option that allowed us to cook, do laundry and have a comfortable bed to sleep in. The location is 10 minutes from the major hikes, and 10 minutes from the “uptown” area. It was clean, the owners were communicative and kind. Perfect for what we needed. Definitely would recommend. They also supply you with a red rock pass to use for the Sedona hiking area!

Location!

Excellent location! Made it easy to get anywhere. All of the things you need are close by. Very spacious and well appointed. Views are wonderful! Brooke was amazing with communication and very helpful. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Perfect Sedona getaway

Great apartment, spacious kitchen and living room, very well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona, just a short drive away from many trails (e.g. Soldiers Pass, Devils Bridge, Boynton Canyon,Bear Mountain). Beautiful red rock views from the living room and nice outdoor area as well. Brooke & Tim were great at communicating prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend & would book again for our next Sedona trip!
