Blue-White Haven is a charming 4-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom home that boasts a Private Swimming Pool,* Hot Tub, and a Fully Fenced-In Backyard that is sure to make your Outer Banks vacation one for the record books. The Hurdle Street Beach Access is just a 3-Minute walk away so you'll never have to worry when you're ready to get to the ocean! This gorgeous cottage is perfect for an Outer Banks, beach-centered vacation.

When you enter in through the Ground Level after getting settled in the driveway, make your way straight to the Game Room with a Pool Table that's perfect for letting off some steam after your drive to the OBX! And when you're ready for some quiet relaxation, the nearby Den has a Flat Screen TV, a cozy Futon, and a Kitchenette that opens out to the pool area! A comfortable Queen Bedroom and a Full Bathroom round out this floor so that you can get some rest before heading out back where you can take a dip in the magnificent Private Saltwater Pool (35' x 14') located in the Fenced Backyard. You'll also find a Picnic Table with an Umbrella so you can sit down and enjoy a poolside snack or head over to the Hammock, where you can take an afternoon nap in the sunshine or cozy up with your favorite beach read. Rest your muscles in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub under the covered awning for ultimate relaxation. And while you're at it, cook up some delicious local seafood on the Gas Grill before heading over to the beach to take in the moon rising up over the water.

When you're ready to head inside, make your way up to the Top Level where you and your family group can relax and unwind in the spacious Living Area where you can stretch out on one of the multiple couches and enjoy family movie night on the large Flat Screen TV. Cook up something wonderful in the modern Kitchen to enjoy at the Breakfast Bar with seating for 4. Enjoy a meal together in the brightly-lit Dining Area with seating for 6 where you can bask in the natural light from the nearby windows while you spend precious time together as a family. Relaxing and Refreshing Week

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing. The house had plenty to offer to keep us occupied. Fun activities, the beach, and great restaurants were close by. We would stay here again!

Nice property. Pool and a hot tub, what else do you need? Plenty of room to spread out. Stayed with 6 adults and never felt cramped. Great location.

Great stay

Inside was wonderful. Outside needs maintenance. Pool needed water, garage door broken, entrance door glass broken, toilet in hall upstairs needs anchoring to floor. Otherwise the property is very nice.

Spacious but needs TLC

Overall layout of the house was perfect for 2 families including 4 teens. Pool, hot tub & outdoor shower was a highlight of the house! The kitchen, sofas and bathrooms could use an update and a deep clean. So nice that the house provided pool and beach gear, however we brought and rented unnecessary items. It would be helpful to have the items listed in the house write up. Great overall family vacation!

Pics of property over 20 yrs old

Tiny birs all over the yard and in the house. Had to use tweezers to get them out of our feet. Pots and pans no none stick. Not safe for a toddler with no shoes. Black mold in the house. Upstairs shower unusable due to caving into the downstairs. Whole house smelled like black mold. We left 2 days early due to the storm.

We checked in with no issues at first, but about 10 minutes after bringing our things inside, a repairman entered the house—something we were not informed about—saying he needed to fix the stove. He wasn’t able to complete the repair because parts had to be ordered.Not long after, we began noticing that the house had not been properly cleaned. Two of the three showers had visible mold, and in one of the beds we found wrappers, crumbs, and what appeared to be a used sheet.The dryer was also broken, so we were unable to do laundry until Thursday. We had emailed about this issue on Sunday, but no one was able to come until several days later. In that same conversation, we were also told that the dishwasher was broken and would need to be replaced.While the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, the surrounding deck had nails sticking out, which was a safety concern. Additionally, the handle on the sliding glass door broke off in my father-in-law’s hand while he was trying to open it.After reaching out about our concerns, management offered us 100 back and a 200 voucher to stay with them again. We appreciate the gesture, but we will not be taking a chance to stay with them again.Overall, for the price we paid, we did not feel the property was maintained or prepared at the level we expected. Having to clean mold out of bathrooms and deal with multiple maintenance issues during our stay was very disappointing.
