Conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Annies, where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping spots are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft as well as Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed only outside the resort in designated areas. Please smoke only in these areas.



This is a personally owned condo and not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):

Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
