Our unit was BEAUTIFUL! It seemed freshly renovated, and was quite spacious. The kitchen has EVERYTHING one could need including a slow cooker. The community was serene with deer and ducks strolling through. This was everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. Thank you!

Property was clean and comfortable; the location was excellent. The hot tub was broken the whole length of our stay (1 week) and the front dooe was located bext to the dumpsters seperated by a privacy fence.

Hi Stacy, Thank you for your honest feedback, we truly appreciate it. We’ve been in communication with the HOA regarding the hot tub, and we’re sincerely sorry it wasn’t able to be repaired during your stay. Regarding the dumpsters, we do note their location in the listing, as transparency is very important to us and we want our guests to have clear expectations. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time with us despite these concerns, and we would love the opportunity to host you again in the future. Thanks, NBE

Great location

Everything was within minutes away driving distance, Comal River access was within minutes walking distance. All of us had a great time on the water. I believe fall season is the perfect time to enjoy the area outdoor activities.

Hill County weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable and clean. The location is great for river access, restaurants and entertainment. The kitchen has everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and shower has plenty of water pressure. One problem was that the internet and WiFi were not working the whole stay.

Rhonda, Thank you for your kind review. We are sorry about the Wi-Fi not working during your stay. We did try and assist you on the matter but never heard back so we assumed the Wi-Fi starting working again after the reset. If we know the Wi-Fi was still not working we would have been more than happy to send maintenance over to help. We hope to have the chance to host you in the future. Thanks, NBE

My daughter's 18th birthday

It was my daughter's 18th birthday. We floated the river all day Saturday. Then went to see a concert in the evening as well as dinner at a restaurant in Gruene Tx . The condo is large, clean and located in a great neighborhood in New Braunfels. We would definitely go again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at CW B216. It is centrally located ... very close to the Comal River and Schlitterbahn. The property description was accurate. The entry door is very close to the complex dumpster area (separated by a wooden fence). Management was quick to respond to any inquiries we had.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay here often. The property is of age and most units need upgraded but for the convenience- we like staying here. We were contacted the day before our departure asking if we wanted to stay an extra night for a discounted rate ($100 less) and we said yes prematurely. We found out that our dog boarder was not able to keep the dogs an additional day so when we told the property we couldn’t stay after all- they were not willing to refund our money.

VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2025 年 8 月 12 日)

Lori, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. The additional night was offered to you, as well as to the guests arriving after you, at a discounted rate. Once you decided to take it and the payment was fully processed that same day, we were unfortunately unable to issue a refund, as all sales are final. We understand that unforeseen circumstances with your pet care prevented you from staying the extra night, and we regret that it didn’t work out as planned. While we couldn’t reverse the transaction after processing, we always value your stays with us and hope to welcome you back for a more seamless and enjoyable visit in the future. Thanks, NBE

Listing issue

We had a great vacation. My issues are with the condo. The location is directly behind the dumpsters which made it hard to find and smelly to say the least. This is not conveyed in the description of the property. The bathrooms were nicely renovated but the rest of the condo needs major attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location is ideal, I was taken back by the dated accommodations. This was magnified by a broken box spring (I am shocked that this wasn't noticed and fixed prior to our arrival as it was obvious). While the mgmt team was responsive, one couldn't overlook the MB bathroom pocketdoor that stuck, creaky chair in the dining room and sofa cushions that didn't match.

Ehhh.

Condo needs maintenance. Doors off track and won’t open/close among other little things. My biggest issue was the security on the weekends is a joke. No where to be found. We came back from the day to someone in our parking spot. We were told to notify security, but we didn’t see a marked car, golf cart, uniform, anything. Obviously they weren’t around or they would have noticed the person in our spot was digging through the dumpsters and opening people’s trash. Quiet hours are to begin at 10pm when the pool closes. This didn’t happen, and security was no where to be found. We could hear people partying at the pool until 11:00 or so. The condo was super clean and convenient for visiting Schlitterbahn, but don’t stay here if you want to go to bed early or have good security.

Megan, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo clean and convenient for visiting Schlitterbahn, but we’re sorry to hear the rest of your experience didn’t meet expectations. We apologize for the maintenance issues and have already scheduled a follow-up to address the doors and any other concerns. We’re especially sorry about the lack of visible security and the parking issue. We understand how frustrating that must have been and will be addressing this with the property management team to improve weekend security presence and enforcement of quiet hours. Your comments are truly appreciated and help us improve for future guests. We hope to have the chance to provide you with a smoother, more restful stay in the future. Thanks, NBE

Home away from home + River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in CW B216 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The amenities provided were plenty (paper towels, to, dishwashing soap, etc) to enjoy our stay. The beds were also comfortable, along with all linens required. Prince Solms parks is a quick Uber away so we could utilize exit at the property. We were also able to walk to Schlitterbahn which was awesome! This property is next to the pool so it can be a bit loud until closing time but closing time is an acceptable time, about 10 pm or 11pm. My only complaint is that the wristbands provided are not convenient for children to wear and the lost band charge is hefty. One slipped off of my kid and we had to dive down to find it. A word of caution also is that there are residents that live on property and can be a bit prickly, but as long as you’re parked correctly and wearing your wristbands, you should be ok. 8/10, would totally stay there again!

Will NEVER stay here again. Just turn and run...

Lets break this trip down. 1. Cleanliness - place had water stains in multiple rooms on the ceiling and likely had bad water damage - stair trim is broken in a couple spots - place is overall dirty and looks rarely cleaned and definitely not before visits or else isnt being done very good. 2. Accuracy of listing. This place is literally facing the parking lot and the front door is facing the garbage cans. And the trash gets picked up every other day so plan on loud noises waking you at 6 am regularly. 3. Location/neighborhood and communication with management company. - People tresspass and go into the pool that is attached to the place your staying and will be super loud till past midnight.... almost every night. Plan on not getting much sleep when staying here. And they say theres security that keeps people from doing that but that is a lie. Dont be fooled, no one is here to help. And management who has the authority to call the police wont do anything or answer the phone. There is a non emergency line you can call for maintenance issues but they dont answer the phone ever. Good luck if something goes wrong.

Hello, we are so sorry to hear about such a bad experience as we strive to provide our guests with a 5 star stay! There had recently been a roof leak which has been repaired however the contractor had not yet repainted the 2 spots. We use a professional cleaning company and do quality inspections as well. We spoke with you several times during your stay and you never mentioned any of the items above. The listing does state the honest location of this condo in the top lines. The HOA is the ones that set up the security schedules. Unfortunately we have no control over the hours they work on premise. We are in office 7 days a week and we are always prompt to answer all of our calls. We do have an answering service for after hours emergencies as well. We have contacted the HOA about the after hours trespassing at the pool and hope they come to some resolve asap. Once again we are sorry your stay was not all you had hoped for. Thanks NBE
