Welcome to Suite 25, a thoughtfully curated 1-bath retreat located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lakewood, Colorado. Spanning 1100 sq ft, this space is ideal for families, medical travelers, and guests in transition — offering simplicity, comfort, and real-life function.

To help manage expectations and avoid surprises, please note that the suite features authentic Kenyan art and gently used furniture, intentionally selected to reflect a warm, humble aesthetic. Some items may show minor wear — a deliberate choice that honors the lived-in spirit of a real Kenyan home: functional, meaningful, and full of character. (Mattresses, linens, TVs, and TV stands are all new.)

Our goal is to provide affordable, curated comfort, maintained with care and reserved for respectful, approved guests. We follow a selective screening process to ensure a high-quality experience for both our visitors and our surrounding community.

To maintain quality and safety, we require:
• Valid government ID for all adult guests
• Signed short-term lease agreement
• $200 refundable damage deposit (higher for guests with limited history)
• No third-party bookings
• Minimum age of primary guest: 25
• All booking steps completed within 24 hours to secure your dates
Instant booking is not enabled to ensure the right fit between guest and home.

Additional Screening:
Guests with no reviews or past issues may be asked for a 2x–4x deposit. A brief explanation of how this stay will be different helps us evaluate requests fairly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Anna thought of everything and really made it feel like home. Communication was easy and checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice unit in West Denver

Short holiday stay visiting family. Very clean and fully furnished unit described and pictured accurately. My only suggestion is a grab bar or two in the shower. Host was very accessable and although we didn't want for a thing, we felt that any concerns/issues would be dealt with promptly.

Above and beyond!

Anna, the owner literally took her Sunday afternoon and went and purchased a brand new barbecue grill as the barbecue grill that was at the property was not working. She totally made our birthday dinner a success. It is definitely service like this that will keep me coming back. Thank you very much.

We feel at home.

We really liked staying here, the host really makes you feel like you are at home, the house has everything you need to have a very good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet and very close to the city, the Walmart is a few steps away. Definitely next time we go to Denver we would love to stay here again.
