The space
The large master bedroom features king size bed with pristine linens, nightstands with USB ports, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom.

Two guest bedrooms offer queen size beds , office space and library and a bathroom with a self-standing bath tub.

The home has a spacious open layout, marble floors, granite and quartz surfaces is suited for families of 5-6. Children and dogs are welcomed here!

The comfortable sofa in the living area and a blow up mattress are available to accommodate additional guest. 70" LED TV, X-Box and board games are available for your entertainment.

The tropical fenced-in backyard has a saltwater heated pool, cozy lounge chairs and stunning outdoor dining area. Cabana bathroom is furnished with glass enclosed rain shower. Outdoor lights add to your ultimate outdoor ambiance.

* Minimum age requirement to rent the property is 25 years old.

* Guests are responsible for adhering to the local garbage routines

* Dogs ONLY are allowed on the premises. Non-refundable fee of $250 will be charged for each dog. Due to our home insurance no aggressive breeds are allowed - Pitbull, Doberman, German Shepard and Rottweiler. No dogs are allowed on the furniture to ensure cleanliness for the next guests. Please use the kennels in the garage if you want. Pick Up After Your Dog Each Time!

*The pool even though fenced-in, has no screen, cover or gate. Please be advised when booking with children!
