Inside, you'll find an inviting, three-level interior. Vaulted ceilings soar in the light-filled Great Room, highlighted by a natural gas stove as well as amazing mountain and river views. Lovely mountain views also await in both the family room and loft. Prepare everything from picnics to three-course meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with modern appliances and ample granite counter space. Extra perks include radiant floor heating, an in-home washer/dryer, and ceiling fans that provide cooling throughout.

Step out to your covered back deck to find a gas grill and stunning mountain views. Directly beneath, the scenic back porch features a luxurious hot tub and a private path to the San Juan River below.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
