This beautifully redecorated penthouse sleeps 8 with three comfortably furnished bedrooms. The king master suite is beach front with a private balcony, a stunning private master bath with a walk-in shower that has double rain showerheads, and flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony with lovely bay and city views and a TV. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and offers beautiful views as well. The two guest bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom between them. The third bathroom is located in hall and features a walk-in shower and vanity.

LOCATION - DESTIN TOWERS
⭐ This property is directly GULF FRONT in the super popular Destin Towers! This is a gated resort, with modern electronic security at all accesses (even the beach gate). Take a dip in the beachside pool and hot tub or splash in the beautiful gulf waters just steps away. Destin Towers is a low-density condominium with only 45 units featuring two elevators, so you won't be wasting your priceless vacation time waiting for an elevator. We have you covered with one assigned parking spot with one additional spot on a first-come basis in the overflow common area. If you love to plan your meals grilling, then make your way to the ground floor where outside you will find 2 propane grills to wow your guests with your favorite recipe.

With the large balconies you just may find this to be your favorite spot as you listen to the waves break along the sugary white sand, children splashing and laughing, and on those special days, dolphins playing in the Gulf. When night falls, grab your flashlight while children of all ages search out the ghost crabs as they dash back and forth below your feet making their way under the sandy tide. Back inside you'll find plenty of seating around the new living room sectional watching TV or playing games at the dining room table. Please note that the fireplace is for the owner's use only. GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property does provide Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Your stay includes one assigned parking spot in the parking garage. Additional vehicles may park in the open overflow lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Vacationing at this resort gives you access to some amazing amenities. One of top picks is the private beach access available to the resort guests. Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our White Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need! Please note however that canopies and tents are not allowed on the resort's private beach.

POOL/HOT TUB
⭐ There is a pool and hot tub behind the resort complex available for guest use to enjoy some Gulf-front swimming! You will be sent the amenity codes before check-in. Don't forget about the 2 community grills available for use as well! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Doorbell Camera by the Front Door. The resort does have cameras on the premise as well. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
