Welcome to our HOME.
This is where we live most of the year (when we're not traveling). You will notice all the details that you'll never get from a place that is rented full-time.
You'll have access to 4 bedrooms, our heated pool and jacuzzi, garage turned game room, 4 parking spaces, BBQ, a great kitchen, access to the club house with slide, lazy river, gym, and more.
Parking won't be an issue with a large driveway that fits 4 cars (there is a strict enforcement of no street parking).

We are a couple from Costa Rica, living in the US since 2015 and in central Florida since 2021 (PNW before that!).
We live in Solterra most of the year and love to host friends and family. Our villa is the perfect place for that.
