**Please read this entire listing prior to booking.**

Charming, single-story home in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. This 3 bedroom/2bathroom home is an excellent space for any group of families. The backyard is a vacation dream w/ an oversized travertine patio, a putting green, outdoor kitchen (equipped with BBQ), pool, hot tub, and dining area. Minutes from numbers of bars, restaurants, golf courses and shopping. Relax & enjoy vacation!

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV's in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- All City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- No smoking inside the property, fines start at $2000.00

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues

Everything we hoped for!

The house was comfortable and cute! The pool was extremely clean during our stay. A couple things would have made it even better! The hot tub was extremely chlorinated to the point we couldn't sit in it without coughing. There was no extra blankets. We 100% would come back!

Golf Trip

Everyone was impressed by this property. Proximity to the airport makes it easy for coming/going. Outdoor area is great for enjoying the sunny Arizona days. We would book this property again without hesitation

Clean well equipped for linens dishes pots and pans . Everything you need in kitchen. Adequate towels for both indoor and pool use. Jot tub was a plus. Needs new chaise lounge chairs.

Worn but still great

Had everything we were looking for. Pool and hot tub were clean and hot tub worked great. Put put was worn out and flags weathered. Outdoor lounge chairs were very worn/torn. Inside the house was clean and as shown.

Great Spot

We all really enjoyed this house. Great for a foursome golf trip with buddies. Close to Scottsdale nightlife, the airport, and golf courses. Would absolutely rent again. Check in was easy and house was clean.

Amazing time!

We had such a great time staying here with our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The backyard oasis is absolutely amazing- the pool, the fire pit, the grill, outside table, mini put. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house - highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exactly as described, and even more beautiful in person. We loved spending time by the pool, grilling meals, and having fun with the putt-putt course. The layout was spacious, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy some quiet time when needed. There were just two minor issues: one bedroom light wasn’t working, and the hot tub had a bit too much chlorine, but neither of these affected our overall enjoyment. The location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions nearby. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!.

Fantastic

Well equipped, CLEAN, pool was perfect(our grand daughter learned to swim), close to shopping (groceries and for personal holiday items,) Fun things for children (grown up children too) to do. Our one concern involves outdoor plastic chairs. We are already planning for a return trip back to this vrbo.

Excellent Location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation rental in Old Town Scottsdale, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations! The backyard is outstanding, with an oversized patio, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and pool that we used extensively. The location is excellent with walking access to Papago Park for hiking and exploring as well as all the great restaurants and shopping in Scottsdale. It was an excellent stay and would recommend this to everyone.

Like Home Away From Home

The property was fabulous! It had everything we needed and a great atmosphere.The backyard was private and well manicured and was our favorite place to hang out as a family. The pool was beautiful, although we did not swim during our stay - it was still a little chilly outside. The kids had fun putting around with the supplied golf clubs and balls. We all enjoyed the hot tub! It was so relaxing and peaceful when we eased in each evening after we returned from our long day of events. Glaring out under the stars was so peaceful. We also enjoyed eating outside in the evenings under the lights on the covered porch. The kitchen and living room area was a big open space and had everything that we needed. We could cook up a meal with all the well stocked culinary tools at our disposal. We then relaxed in the living room and watched a family movie. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of four. The king-size room was very spacious and had a private door to the outside area. It also had a desk where we could catch up on work. The boys loved the bunk bedroom, and that is where they spent most of their time while indoors. They also enjoyed having the ability to separate and have their own time to read or watch TV, which was available in each of the bedrooms. The full-size washer and dryer were very handy to keep up with our laundry before flying back east. Overall, we were very happy with this house and we highly recommend this property to any families and all that

Wonderful house in Scottsdale

Beautiful and comfortable stay in a wonderful neighborhood. The house was clean and there were many many pillows to choose from. The only downside of this house was the size of the bathrooms, eps the master bathroom is tiny but the toiletries in the shower were great. The hot tub was incredible, soo many jets and super easy to use. We didn't use the pool b/c it was unusually cold in AZ during my stay and we weren't there long enough to justify heating it. There were several places to eat and shop as well as numerous hikes near by.

Great vaca house - convenient location

This is a great place to stay with a group - from the huge outdoor eating area with TV and outdoor kitchen to the pool and putting green. The pool doesn’t have a huge shallow area and is very deep at end - which my family loves as kids are teenagers but there is a large area with a few inches of water for small kids to play, plus a seat in the deep end. We brought inflatable volleyball net but they also had a basketball hoop set up to play from the pool. We didn’t cook much but kitchen had the basics plus some extras. Lots of glassware and plates and bowls for both inside and outside. Management company correspondence was very quick. Short drive to everywhere in the area- Phoenix, north Scottsdale, Mesa. Hated to leave.

Great house, worth staying there.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the property. The hot tub was nice to have in the evening. The TV outside was a nice touch for when relaxing in the hot tub. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of basics in the kitchen. The house also didn’t have a toaster. As an STR owner myself, I like to have the basics for cooking/eating along with everything I would need when cooking such as the toaster. Other than that, this was a great house and I would stay there again now that I know I would need to bring along those items. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The communication was prompt. The neighborhood was quiet and the rest of the amenities were there. Because of that, I gave them a 5 star review.

Nice home but not maintained well.

The home was in a nice spot and was clean however we ran into several issues with various aspects of the house and the responsiveness of the owners was poor. The hot tub had way too much chemical cleaner in it, to the point where if our faces were within 2 ft of the surface, we would start coughing uncontrollably from the fumes coming off the surface. The water filter on the fridge was in need of being swapped out. The shampoo and conditioner in the master bath was not refilled. The biggest issue we had though was the air conditioner. It was not functional. It was set to 72 Fahrenheit the entirety of our 3 night stay but the house was 87 F. during the day and only got down to 79 F. during the night. When we advised the property manager about this issue, they said they were -sorry about the inconvenience but couldn't get a repairman out until after our trip was over.- That is understandable but instead of looking for other solutions (like providing us with portable cooler units or even floor fans), they followed up that text with asking that I help them by taking the trash out to the road so the city could do their weekly pickup. Overall, I would not recommend using this home or Ion property management for a vacation rental.

Wonderful backyard oasis

The best thing about this house is definitely the back yard! Such an amazing set up with hot tub, pool, outdoor seating, putting green/yoga space, flat screen tv. So great. The only hiccup we had was the breaker to the hot tub seemed to trip a lot and one day the hot tub was only 89 degrees. Two things to note - 1. there is zero indoor dining other than 4 counter stools. It was totally fine for us because the weather was great but if it was really hot or really cold that could be an issue. 2. The bathrooms are really small!! Definitely not very sharable so with 5 ladies it was a good thing several of us had brought our own make up mirrors and were able to set up and do hair/make up somewhere else. Service was great. The coffee pot wasn't working right and they brought us a new one the same day. Zero things you have to do before you leave except lock the door. We did take out the trash and start the dishwasher but there were literally zero requirements. In hindsight this probably explains the very high fees on this unit. The only suggestion to the management for easy improvement is more blankets! I slept in the master bedroom and there was just a very thin coverlet on the bed. I was freezing until I stole a coverlet from the bunk bed room. There are also no blankets for hanging on the patio in cool weather. Some throw blankets around would be fabulous.
