Golden desert light catches the mountain ridgeline as you step out to the patio, coffee in hand, and the stillness of PGA West wraps around you. The private pool shimmers in the morning quiet, the fire pit waits for the evening, and the Stadium Course sits just a short walk away - your desert stay starts here.



The home
Set inside the PGA Signature community, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home spans 2,200 square feet of well-arranged space designed for groups of up to 8. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival easy, and the fully fenced private backyard means the outdoor space is entirely yours. Ernie`s Bar & Grill and the Stadium Course clubhouse are a short walk away. The Empire Polo Grounds are less than 4 miles from the front door, putting Coachella Valley festivals, tennis, golf, and Old Town La Quinta all within easy reach.



Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king bed, a 43` TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a 50` TV. Bedroom 3 includes two full beds and a 50` TV. A king air mattress is available upon request for additional guests.



Living space
The living room is anchored by a large sofa and a 75` Smart TV - a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the course or out exploring the valley. High-speed Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door keep you connected whenever you need to be. A ping pong table adds a fun option for downtime.



Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker. Wine glasses, a blender, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils round out the setup. The dining table is sized for the full group - whether that means a quick breakfast before tee time or a proper sit-down dinner after a day out.



Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is set up for real outdoor living. Outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit give you options from afternoon to late evening. The private hot tub is available year-round, open 24 hours, with heat complimentary. The private pool is available with heat for $50 per day, typically needed October through May, heated to 88 degrees. On cooler winter evenings, the fire pit becomes the natural gathering spot under wide desert skies.



Community & facilities
Beyond the private backyard, guests have access to the community pool, fitness center, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. Free parking on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger are all available. The home supports long-term stays. A washer, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and all standard essentials are provided. A crib, pack `n play, and high chair are available for families traveling with little ones.



Pets
The home is pet-friendly. No cats - certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.



A note from your host
We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting or within a few doors of this address. The opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available - please inquire for larger groups!

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
