Built in 2021 and recently put on the rental market in December 2021 this 1 bedroom 2 bath 12th floor unit has a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico AND Front Beach Road where all the action happens. You can park your car in the garage and not need it again until it is time to leave.

Dirty and not 2 bedroom

First thing was when we got there we couldnt find a second bedroom when it is listed as 2 bedroom. And we needed a 2nd bedroom which is why we booked one that said 2 bedrooms. Then the floors were dirty sand and pet hair everywhere. I am allergic to cats and dogs so this was miserable for me. There was even pet hair on the gray towels meant for your face. Our feet turned black just walking the hallway first time. Did not receive compensation from owner or vrbo they said it is the owners responsibility to refund and to leave a bad review of what we experienced if they dont fix the issues. I have photos of everything as well.

We love Calypso, very convenient location. Condo was great and John was very responsive. Would stay again!

Condo was perfect. Comfortable Beds and plenty of space. As with most places near the beach we had to sweep when we got there and reclean the showers, but that’s more of a personal preference. Convenient. Loved not having to get the car out the entire time we stayed. Best experience! Owners were easy to communicate with even though it was a holiday week! Will book again!

New complex on the coast with wonderful amenities and located adjacent to Pier Park mall which is a wonderful spot to shop and dine. The views from my unit is incredible.
