Welcome to our beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house in the highly desirable Sea Isle community—just 200 yards from the beach! With an open-concept layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and an expansive covered deck with beach breezes, this home is designed for relaxation and memorable family vacations. Golf cart available to rent for additional cost. Check with host to confirm availability.

We proudly welcome Winter Texans, snowbirds, families, and dog-friendly travelers.

Jay is a great host! The beach rental is as nice as pictured and described. We had more than enough room for our family. Love that we were able to rent his golf cart for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in this house. We had eight people and this was perfect for us. Everything was clean and ready. Jay communicated very well. We had a short walk to the beach. We did rent the golfcart and enjoyed it as well.

Family friendly home with fenced in yard, open floor plan and bunk room for small kids/grandkids. Beach access directly across. Easily walkable and golf cart available. Favorite House!

This will be our second time to stay at this house and it was even better the second time. It’s clean quiet. Rooms are perfect size. I think this will be our annual vacation spot.

Great place my family enjoyed this home away from home. The beach access was less than a two minute walk. Our host was very helpful with any issues we had which was just one and it wasn’t not a big deal for us. Looking forward to next year.

Enjoyable

We had 5 children, ages 9-7 months. This place was close enough to the beach for walking with a wagon! The house was spacious and had lots was perfect for all of us! The host was amazing! Definitely would recommend and stay there again!

Great Stay!

Perfect size! Not too big but enough room for plenty to join in the fun. Host was not only able to accommodate some special requests for our family but was in contact the entire stay. Great House at the Beacb

We really enjoyed this home. We had 12 people including 8 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was great - communication was super quick and detailed. There were a few things that could use updating but nothing that would deter us from staying again. We loved having quick access to the beach and the guys had a blast fishing at the private pier. Family Vacation.....

Our stay was wonderful...the property was clean and well kept...when a problem arose Jay was quick to help and very friendly and attendative.... we would recommend this property to anyone...one any other property that Jay oversees...Thank you for the great stay!!!!!! Definitely a 5 star place!
