Less than a mile from the water, Twin Oaks is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Twin Oaks features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twins. The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

There is a fully-enclosed backyard for those bringing furry friends and an outdoor seating area to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes.

***A four seat electric golf cart is available to rent for the duration of your stay at Twin Oaks (less expensive than the downtown rental company). Inquire for price***

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

While at Twin Oaks you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy. If you enjoy tennis, there are public tennis courts an easy walk just down the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is located less than 5 minutes from the beach! Downtown is another 5 minutes away. Beds were very comfortable & the home has a large fenced yard, our dog loved it!!Host responded very quickly anytime I had a question.

Twin Oaks property was just as presented in the details! Clean, updated, quiet neighborhood. Entry access easily done. Close to the shops and restaurants of Ocean Springs, as well as other restaurants and scenic areas. Getting to and from to Biloxi is also an easy drive. Gulfport/Biloxi Airport just 30 min drive. I would recommend this VRBO. Host is prompt with any information needed.

Place was ok

We stayed for a week. Place was ok. Pros - We liked the location, kitchen, and master bed was comfy. Appliances and AC worked so the basics were covered but it did get hot in the master with the door closed. Cons - Once we arrived the place was not as nice as the pictures. Out door furniture is not as pictured. Guest bathtub was in awful shape. Most of the furniture/decor was cheap. The vinyl flooring was dingy and pealing up and uneven in a lot of places. We also had cleanliness issues with the rugs in almost every room. The host tried to resolve our issue but we ended up sweeping and mopping the floors ourselves due to sand, dog hair and other stuff from previous guests. The host said they don’t clean rugs only vacuum outside of “deep cleaning” days. With a dog friendly, beach rental this felt unsanitary. Since they charge a 150 fee for pets on top of the cleaning fee, seems like a deep cleaning fee to me? We did have our baby with us so more keen on a clean floor than others perhaps

Quick get away

This little house is perfect for a quick little getaway. It was very clean and very comfortable. The fenced in yard was good for our furry family member. It is very close to everything and worked out great.

This place was comfortable and clean,kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking needs. For unpacking clothing for week stay one bedroom only had hanging closet no chest of drawers and no TV even though it had a queen bed, twin bed room had a TV but no drawers,king room had TV,and small drawer chest . It was short distance to beach and town.All and All enjoyed our stay

Navy Graduation

We stopped in to visit with my son for his graduation in the Navy. The home was beautifully decorated and clean, beds were very comfortable. The communication with the agent for the home was impeccable - they were very informative and quickly responded. We will definitely be back as this home was close to everything (Government Street) which is a quaint little area with fantastic shops and restaurants, also we took a short drive to Louisiana (Bourbon Street), which was a good day trip.

Ocean Springs delight!

We enjoyed our stay! This was a great property for our family stay with our pets. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was large and offered privacy. The beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of room to hang out. Everything in the local area is a quick drive and we took advantage of all the area had to offer.

Home away from home

Great Stay Near the Beach

This was perfect for me. Quiet neighborhood with a big backyard for my dog. Very close to the Ocean Springs Beach, which allows dogs(Biloxi doesn't).

Great weekend!

This was the perfect rental for our girls’ getaway weekend. There were 6 of us, and we all slept comfortably in the beds, and didn’t have any problems sharing the 2 bathrooms. The sectional couch was great for all of us to have space to watch movies on the huge tv. The kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances.

Loved this place!

I came down to visit family for Christmas. This property was perfect for me! Clean, comfortable spacious with a good-sized yard for my dog to play. The neighborhood was quiet, with lots of big trees. Close to Ocean Springs and the Beach. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!

Perfect Place for Ladies Get-away

Four friends since high school who get together for a long lunch a couple of times a year decided a weekend trip would be fun. Someone found this place on Vrbo and it was fantastic! The first plus, the manager was great at communicating all of the details that we would need to know at some point. The second plus was the house. It was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable as was the sectional sofa. The only thing I would like to bring to the attention of others is that the pipes were loud when the shower was going. I assume it’s due to the age of the house but other than being startled at first, it was fine. Some additional nice features were outlets with usb ports and several cozy throw blankets for snuggling under while watching tv. The third plus is the neighborhood. The house is in a quiet residential area with neighbors who never bothered us nor did anyone seem to mind having out-of-towners staying next to them. I highly recommend this gem of a home.

Chris and his team were very helpful, provided excellent recommendations in the area, allowed early check-in and late check-out and verified we had everything we needed. The house is cute & cozy and in a great location! We enjoyed our stay!

Overall good

The property is clean, the beds comfortable, upgraded furniture and appliances. Quiet neighborhood. The towels however are awful. At this price range for a rental, spend some money and put some decent towels in the rental. They were "white" but most looked like you had washed the car with them. At least bleach them. Hopefully, this will be corrected for future renters. Overall, I would recommend.

Comfortable and Welcoming

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and more. The host was amazing at responding to my numerous questions before we got there. The yard was great for our fur babies. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and it was fun to rent a golf cart to go downtown and to the beaches. We would definitely recommend this property!
