Super Cute Condo 12: People Watching Downtown SAV

Adorable condo in a historic building right off Broughton Street. Steps from Leopold's ice cream and fine dining, shopping, bars and museums! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed.

Parking is either in public parking garages or on the public street. Metered street spots can be paid for via the Park Savannah App or getting a Day Pass from the City parking services office. Sundays are free on the street.

​​​​​​​Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. The location of this building is the best. We loved the layout of the apartment as well. The beds were extremely comfortable. I will warn people that due to the location of the apartment in the building (ground floor) most of the windows are street level so you will hear lots of noise from the street but we didn’t mind. The apartment was also very clean. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Check in was super easy. Received ALL check in information several days before arriving (I didn't have to ask for it). Directions were good. All of the codes to get in worked. No issues getting in or out.

The apartment was cool, well lit and pretty. Located central to most everything. Walk out the door to Oglethorpe Park and very close parking deck. Would stay here again for sure. Host replied and answered questions promptly as needed.

This was a really cute place and we highly recommend this 2BR condo. It is centrally located and an easy walk to great restaurants and shopping areas. The Clive Bar has the best mussels. Kitchen: new full sized appliances. Dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods provided. Parking: as described so no surprises! Remember 8am - 8pm you need to feed the meter. Download the app before you arrive. App is very easy to use. Consider adding non-slip rugs for safety. Keep the entrance codes with you at all times. One night we had difficulty getting in the front door and called the property manager. Jennifer was quick to respond and even came over to the place to make sure everything was ok.

Location is great and convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and the river walk. Easy walk to Forsyth Park. So much to see in the area. Apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Just a little too much light for us. We live in the country and we're used to the dark.But we loved everything about our visit to Savannah. We will be returning.

We had a wonderful girls weekend. This location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to experience. From the first time we stepped into the condo until we left we felt at home. It was so cute with 2 bedrooms, both with very comfortable king sized beds, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen was perfect too. We highly recommend this location.

Cute home with Great Location

This is a great location for all tourist things in the Historical District. Close to the River and close to all things south on Drayton & Whitaker. Home was clean, and fit the Historical area with decor and upkeep of home.

The place was the perfect size and very comfortable. The beds are huge and could probably fit three people comfortably. Every room had a fan which allowed us to keep the rooms at comfortable temperatures for different people. The place was clean and well stocked. None of the stocked amenities (shampoo, soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) were the standard cheap quality they were all better quality. The communication before checking in and after checking out was thorough. The location is close enough to walk to almost anywhere you want to go in Savannah so you shouldn't need a car. However it's far enough away to allow for a quiet night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and would gladly stay here again myself!

Great place and quiet

Great location within walking distance of River Street and many shopping and food locations. Beautiful park across the street and easy parking in the deck one block away. Quiet inside and limited noise from outside. Perfect size to relax and enjoy.

Great location and beautiful building!

Loved this location, very close to my daughters apartment and all the shops on Broughton. The building was beautiful and the tenants super friendly. Almost always parking nearby too!

Great walkable charming condo in Savannah

Cute, well-tended older (remodeled) condo close to everythingGreat location. The only negative was no on-site parking but the parking garage nearby was pretty reasonable. We could walk almost everywhere so did not need to have a car. Mattresses were soft and squishy which I don’t consider a good thing and extra pillows would be a nice touch. There is some street noise at night (people not traffic) but did not affect our sleep much. Overall, nicely appointed and I highly recommend.
