Super Cute Condo 12: People Watching Downtown SAV

Adorable condo in a historic building right off Broughton Street. Steps from Leopold's ice cream and fine dining, shopping, bars and museums! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed.

Parking is either in public parking garages or on the public street. Metered street spots can be paid for via the Park Savannah App or getting a Day Pass from the City parking services office. Sundays are free on the street.

​​​​​​​Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Great location and beautiful building!

Loved this location, very close to my daughters apartment and all the shops on Broughton. The building was beautiful and the tenants super friendly. Almost always parking nearby too!

Cute home with Great Location

This is a great location for all tourist things in the Historical District. Close to the River and close to all things south on Drayton & Whitaker. Home was clean, and fit the Historical area with decor and upkeep of home.
