It was a great Labor Day weekend and the property contributed to this. Its location is not 100% on Broadway, which we all appreciated as it was quiet at night for resting. The apartment itself was in great shape with so many features!!

Great condo and great location

Very clean and well renovated. We enjoyed our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Great place to stay

My family and I went to Nashville for a concert. It was in walking distance from the venue. It was so cute and clean! Would love to stay there again the next time we are in Nashville!

Unfortunately this property fell flat for us. For the positives: The location is great — close to coffee shops and restaurants in Germantown, right across from a park. The size of the space is good and there’s outdoor space for the downstairs apartments. The WiFi is strong. To start, we were not sent check in codes at time of check in. I had to call and ask them to send. The unit was very beat up. Every wall is covered in scratches and dirt, the bathroom vent is completely rusted out, the toilet paper holder is missing, the list goes on. It would look like the photos with a fresh coat of paint. But the apartments used to be motels and the walls / ceilings are INCREDIBLY thin. There was a group above us that kept waking us up in the middle of the night. A dropped phone sounded like a barbell being dropped. It was so loud. I will say I wrote the company and they responded quickly and were kind in their responses. But these are just old and beat up apartments.

Location was great! Close to shops and broadway in a safe area of town. The check in process was interesting… we got there 6 minutes after the allowed check in time and the woman was still cleaning. No problem she said she only had a few minutes. We were happy to wait. She let us in shortly after so we started to unpack. About 10 minutes later she came back and asked to take photos of her cleaning work… we waited awkwardly for the next 25 minutes as we watched her take a bunch of photos of the unit. The listing states no smoking however the sidewalks and parking lot were COVERED in cigarette butts.. I’m talking covered. Additional mirrors and TVs in bedrooms would be nice but wasn’t listed anyway so we didn’t expect this so I’m not faulting for that, just a suggestion. The host was very responsive as I had to contact them a couple times during the stay. They were quick to respond and resolve my questions.

Clean and recently remodeled. Bathroom is very small and you can hear alot of noise from adjoining and upstairs units. Needs better insulation.
