We loved our stay! Such a great location - it is walking distance to Broadway and so many attractions. The unit was very clean and cozy. We loved the small balcony overlooking the river. It was so relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights. I loved how close we were to everything, yet we were just far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. Julie was a very responsive, accommodating host. We will definitely stay here if we return to Nashville.

This space was amazing. Beautiful views, thoughtful amenities, very cozy and comfortable bed and space overall. A short walk to the strip and Germantown, so excellent location, as well as right on the Cumberland River and very clean. This space helped make our stay unforgettable!

Great condo with a beautiful setting right on the river. Walkable to lower Broadway, pedestrian bridge, and extremely close to Germantown with great eats and a ballpark. Condo itself is very clean and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and night time bourbon. Was even stocked with enough coffee for our stay.Definitely will be back.

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of little touches (extra towels, Kleenex, etc.) which added to our enjoyment. BUT the best part of our experience was how responsive the hosts were to our stay. Unreal!!! In a world that lacks a “personal touch”, they knocked it out of the park!

The condo was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Everything you needed for meals was there. Great views of the river. We enjoyed watching the river traffic up and down the Cumberland River and the construction of the new Tennessee Titans football stadium. Several places to eat and drink nearby. Broadway is only a 25 minute walk. Fantastic!

What a great location away from the craziness of Broadway. We love our fun but to get back to this oasis was such a treat. Raccoons, woodchucks, egrets, bunnies and fish. Excellent hosts, Thank you for a lovely place.

This is an excellent property to stay at for your visit to Nashville! It is close enough to walk to the main attractions in downtown but also tucked away in a quiet cozy part of town. Being right on the riverfront was a highlight for peaceful mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and spacious. We highly recommend staying here and if we come back to nashville this will be our number one choice to stay.

Rent with confidence!

The host are great! The location is perfect! The host are very responsive both before and during the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from outside when we were in the rental. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to broadway and far enough that you can be away from the action when you want to be. A lot of restaurants in walking distance if you don’t want to go down to broadway. We used Uber to get to any locations that were too far to walk and it was super easy. We stayed for 2 weeks and have zero complaints. Laundry facilities and pool are super accessible! Would definitely stay again. River views are beautiful and plenty of activity on the river to keep you entertained .

Beautiful Condo

The condo was exactly as described—everything was neat and tidy! I really appreciated the code access for the door, and parking was super convenient. The owners communicated promptly and professionally, which was great. The area was nice and quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. And the bed? It was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! I would absolutely book this condo again for my next trip to Nashville if it's available.

If you read past posts, I probably sound like a broken record. This is our 3rd year in a row (booked again for next year) and it never disappoints. Adorable and very clean! We love watching the boats on the river! Very peaceful! Great location to walk to Lower Broadway (just under 1 mile)! The neighborhood is expanding!

Beautiful, Quaint, Quiet and GREAT Location

My wife and I came to Nashville for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place for it! The place was clean and quiet. The location was perfectly out of the way with a great view, nice pool and close enough to downtown to walk. It was great to hear downtown during the day and come back to a nice place away from the crowds at night. We would definitely come back!

We purchased this property based on the great community in which it is located, the unique and amazing location on the beautiful Cumberland River, the less than 10 minute walk to Broadway, the view of the city and proximity to the new Sounds Stadium. This location gives you all the access you are seeking, but provides a quiet location to return to at the end day.
