Easy walk to the beach. Close to everything in town but the neighborhood is calm with little traffic and noise. My family would stay at this location again.

Beach house was fantastic and perfect for our family weekend away. We had a great time; the house was comfortable and had plenty of room for us to spread out and have time together and apart. It was the perfect distance from the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping. House had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach chairs and washer and dryer. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The perfect get away!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Super quick walk to the beach, all the things and toys we needed and great communication with host. Highly recommended!

Outer Banks Getaway

The property was exactly as described! It was a home that personified the Outer Banks completely! We loved it!! The screened in porch was a big plus, and the fact that the house was close to the beach was ideal! Everything was so clean, and the furnishings were quite comfortable. Wonderful get-away

We really enjoyed our stay!! From the top deck to the screened in porch to the outdoor table on the bottom level, we always were comfortable. The house was cozy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach is close, grocery store across the street. Would certainly recommend and we hope to come back next year!!

A true Gem

Great location - center of the island and easy walking distance to the beach. Very clean home with all of the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We used the grill every night for fresh oysters, clams and shrimp. Loved it

Misty beach week

The weather didn't cooperate but the house was great! Check in process was so easy. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and the welcome basket was a nice surprise! Clean and comfortable. Great location! We will definitely stay here again!

Best rental property!!

We have stayed in a few places and this by far is the cleanest and well stocked property yet! Anything you need for your stay they have it and more! Communication is wonderful! And the location is the best part! The road is alittle busier than the rest of the side roads. But still way worth it for the location. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all! My mom can’t walk that great. So when she wanted to go to the beach the parking is right there and this beach access has ramp instead of stairs. Would highly recommend this booking!

Loved it

This house had everything we needed. Two bedrooms on the main floor for my kids, and a room upstairs with a beautiful balcony for my wife and I. The location was extremely close to the beach, and the beach access was a ramp which made it even easier with the kids in a wagon. Plus there were several excellent restaurants within walking distance (Noosa Beach Grill, Kill Devil Grill, Swells'a brewin, etc) Katy was always available if we needed her, but everything was set up so well that we didn't have to reach out at all. We will definitely come back again!

Great stay despite Hurricane Debby downer

We had a great week at the house even though Debby rained on us the whole week. Easy walk to the beach and ice cream. Short drive to groceries at Harris Teeter and lots of restaurants. Only ding I give the neighborhood is more than expected traffic on 8th Ave and people tended to drive too fast. House was great…clean and neat with everything we needed for the whole family. Space, linens, kitchen items, grill, outdoor shower and beach equipment. ROKU was hard for us to figure out but we’re not ROKU users. Teenage boys got it worked out. Owners very receptive and super easy to communicate with. Answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Would definitely visit again (without the hurricanes).

(on beach), Tortuga's Lie, Wright Brothers Memorial, Dowdy Park, Nags Head Pier, Pirate's Cove, and the Outer Banks retail outlets.
