Centrally located on the best beach in Brevard, Florida, you can watch shuttle launches, sunrises plus sunsets from one of the many balconies, float in your private pool, play in your backyard featuring the incredible Atlantic Ocean, or walk to one of the many restaurants and shops in the charming coastal City of Satellite Beach.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary WiFi, grill, plenty of driveway parking; use of kayak and bicycles, oceanfront sun deck/bar area, plenty of pool side seatIng, outdoor shower, elevator and so much more!

Nearest airport is : Melbourne Beach (MLB) or the Orlando International (MCO) airport is 60 miles.

This spectacular oceanfront t retreat has a private oceanfront bar and sitting area, outdoor shower, and easy access to the Ocean with your very own private dune crossover.

Notes: Indoor fireplace puts out a ton of heat and therefore is available for guest use. Pool is NOT heated. Hot tub available 5-10 pm. Max occupancy 8.

Spring Break with a young family

Our family of four and friends (family of 3) spent our spring break vacationing in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed so many things — the private pool, quiet beach, patio/deck overlooking the ocean, breakfast (within walking distance) at Morning Glory and several other delicious restaurants nearby. When we arrived, the home smelled clean and was clean. Hosts were very accommodating to our needs the entire week, as well as sending recommendations for the area. One of our most relaxing vacations and we would book again in a heartbeat.

When traveling with babies you appreciate a soft landing

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a rough arrival with 2 little ones when the only paper products in the house were a few roles of toilet paper. There should at least be a roll of paper towel or 2 and maybe some napkins. There were only 5 beach towels for a party of 8, so more shopping. The owner was attentive to our calls. But the starkness of the provisions was unsettling. We do like to have windows and doors open to hear the waves and feel the fresh air. But this set off alarms so no. Also the hot tub was not hot. It was a cold jet pool. But honestly the location and the size of the house were great and we enjoyed our family time immensely!

Amazing house & location

Everything was great! We almost passed on this house because there's only one couch in front of the main TV, but that couch is huge! We watched movies comfortably with four adult-sized people, two over 6' tall, on that couch.

Wonderful beachfront home

This property is great! The views are amazing. Pool, hot tub, beach just footsteps away. There are lots of activities within 30 min. Definitely recommend!

Florida Softball

This is definitely a great place to rent. The location is wonderful. The beach is a little private, and the pool was wonderful. It was close to the Worlds Men softball that my grandson played. Jill was great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us and that is our problem is no TVs in the bedrooms. The house was spacious and since there were 7 adults it was perfect. So many things to do in the area. We saw a rocket launch from the balcony. Jill text me and let me know this was going on. Perfect place for a little privacy and yet close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back. We go to this area every year and are looking at renting this same place if available. Thank you JIll for being a great hostess.

Great week on the beach!

Jill is a fantastic owner/property manager. She stopped by to check on us and even called to let us know about the sea turtles hatching! The house is better than the pics show. Out of 7 of us, I'm the only one who actually left the house during the week...it's that nice that the rest of the family didn't want to leave! The house is well-equipped with everything you could need, to include a backup propane tank for the grill, if needed. All the stores/shopping are within 2 miles of the house, so very convenient. Seriously, if you're planning a stay in satellite beach area, this is the place to stay! Thanks Jill!!

Excellent House!!!

The home was perfect. Pool right on the beach, so you have so many options. We saw a space shuttle launch, sea turtles, and there is even a coral reef at low tide in front of the home with a lot of sea Life! Great views from the home!

Great place to stay

This was hands down the best place to stay. I'm so glad we decided to stay here instead of elsewhere. The house was very clean. Owners were very responsive to requests. Check-in and check-out were very easy. A plus when your dealing with multiple family members and kids, lol. Access to the beach was easy . Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, wonderful view, and pleasant owners!

We had a great time on our family vacation here. The views are absolutely perfect and having a pool and the beach right in the backyard is amazing! This is a big and beautiful home that we didn't want to leave. The house is clean, furnished nicely, and had everything we needed. The owner is incredibly attentive and stocked the house with all the basics you'd need on a beach vacation!
