「サザンコンフォート」と名付けられたこの美しい家は、サーフサイドビーチで最も家族に優しい家の1つです。 サーフサイドビーチは「ザファミリービーチ」と呼ばれ、マートルビーチのアクティビティを楽しむのに十分な家族向けのリラックスしたコミュニティですが、サーフサイドビーチエリアを離れることなく必要なものすべてを提供しています。 家は、ビーチ、釣り桟橋、一握りの素晴らしいレストランなどから1.5ブロックのところにあります。 私たちの家は中庭のフェンス内にプライベート温水プールを提供しています。

私たちは4つのベッドルームを提供しています。 階下には、クイーンサイズのベッド2台を備えたベッドルームと、クイーンサイズの寝台ソファー付きのリビングエリアがあります。 2階にはマスターベッドルームにキングサイズベッド、中央のベッドルームにはクイーンサイズベッド、3階には3つのクイーンサイズベッドがあります。 すべてのベッドルームには、DVD付きフラットスクリーンテレビが備わっています。 全体に天井のファンがあります。 早春と秋には夜間レンタル（最低3泊）をご利用いただけます。

Awesome experience!

We had a great time. There was eight kids and four adults and enough room for all of us. The beds were extremely comfortable. Even after a day at the beach the pool was great fun.We have no complaints at all!

Good place to unwind

Great beach house!

My family and I were a group of 10 ranging in age from 8-71. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond when there was a minor issue with the TV in den. Problem was solved quickly. The pool was a great feature because we have a couple in our group who tire of the beach quickly. It was a very short walk to the beach, the pier (which wasn't open yet unfortunately) and several resturants. We enjoyed a wonderful fun-filled family vacation.

Incredible!

This house was perfect for our stay. A group of mid 50s high school buddies getting together. It's a couple blocks from the pier/beach and a handful of fun bars and great food. We really didn't need to get in the car all week, it was the perfect spot, walked just about everywhere. House was in impeccable shape, clean and had everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. You do have to rent linens for the beds but reasonably priced and for what's needed for this house, the rental place delivers for free and picked them up at the end the week. The pool was such a nice touch, perfect temperature. We had some cooler temps so at night and in the morning the heated pool was exactly what we needed Can't say enough about this place, Betty, owner, was amazing, great communication and extremely kind and hospitable. If you're ever in the Myrtle Beach area, Surfside Beach to be exact, just minutes from Myrtle Beach, and need a place that sleeps twelve, but 7 old high school buddies quite comfortably, you can't go wrong with this property, we had a blast!

Fabulous!!

We absolutely loved this property. It's clean, spacious and adorable. We rented a golf cart for the week and rarely used our vehicle.so many things were within walking or golf carting distance. The owners are the nicest people!! You willnot regret renting here. We will be back :)

Summer Vacay

This was our first time visiting Surfside. It was great! We had such a great time enjoying the short walk to the beach, and the great private pool. The house was so clean and was so roomy for us 6 people. Would highly recommend this house!

Super Week Stay!!

The beach house was exactly as the pics showed, clean, neat and spacious. We paid extra to have the pool heated for the week. The owners Betty and Jim were super nice and friendly. The Grandest Stay!

Southern Comfort was the best! Our grands were on Fall break and this was a half way point for us to meet. It was clean, spacious, in a great location. The host were outstanding and easily accessible. We will visit again!

Great home for extended families

Our parents and married son and wife joined us at the wonderful Southern Comfort. It was a perfect relaxing retreat for all of us. The kitchen is very well appointed and the walk from the beach is less than a full block. The city of Surfside is currently rebuilding the pier which is right at the beach access; when it is complete, the pier will be right there for enjoyment. We thoroughly loved our time at the beach thanks to a lovely place to stay!

Very nice property at Surfside Beach

Loved having our own pool especially with 2 toddlers. We rented a golf cart which helped when going to the beach, again with toddlers and all their "stuff". Owners are very responsive and delightful to work with!

Property as described. Great communication with owner. We had 3 siblings which 2 are great grandmothers with daughters grand children and great grandchildren ages 72 - 5 months . Plenty of room. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing family get away

Our stay at the 'Southern Comfort' in beautiful Surfside Beach, SC was just fantastic! The house, the hosts, the location, the amenities, it was all more than we could have hoped! Family vacation

This beach house was everything that we expected and more . We had 7 adults and 3 children staying there and had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed to cook meals and grill out while we were there. Very easy walk and access to the beach. We rented a golf cart and it made carrying all our "toys " to the beach alot easier and then drove it to get ice cream almost every night . The private pool was nice when we had had enough of the beach. The house was set up so that our entire family plus another family could enjoy playing games together in the evening. Betty and Jim were always available via phone call or text . I highly recommend this house and the owners! Thank you Betty and Jim for a fun week !

Great beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The private pool was a nice feature as well. Location is great - between the park and pier. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
