Location was great, but communication is lacking...
The location of the resort was fantastic. You are 10 minutes from Disney and the Vineland outlet. The 1 bedroom was mostly clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, that is about the most positive part about this VRBO. Communication with the owner is lacking, we had to email them the day before for welcome information. I also asked if there was a possibility of a early check in and was told we would have to pay for an additional night if we wanted early check in. The door code isn't in the welcome information, and the owner would only release it after speaking with VRBO themselves. The room itself has a view of the pool and the Vineland outlet. We did have to go out and buy wash clothes and several more towels as you are supplied with three towels and one wash cloth. You are on the 5th floor. Laundry is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and the ice machine is on the 4th as the ice machine on the 5th doesn't work. The mattress is extremely firm and low to the ground for those that have a problem with this.
