Downtown Ventura is also less than 20 minutes away. Catch a show at the Majestic Ventura Theater or go for a guided tour around Ventura Botanical Gardens.

Swoon-worthy ocean views and coastal-chic design meet in the bright great room, featuring wide windows and coffered ceilings. There is construction next door - you may hear construction-related noise during your stay.
The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of 7 nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
