Perfect for families and friends! This first floor unit has a stunning beachfront view that overlooks the ocean. Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy a peaceful landscape of the clear blue sky framed by palm trees while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo has AC and comes fully equipped with kitchen amenities that allows you to cook a full meal. From plates, bowls, and cups to all the necessary cutlery items. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway not to mention the various unique shops and restaurants along the road!

Enjoy downtime activities on the condo complex such as visiting the Meeting/Recreation room to read a book or play a game of Ping Pong. When you feel like relaxing outdoors, walk out from the lanai and take a dip in Kauai Kailani’s pool or suntan along the beach.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

Had an amazing stay here and will absolutely rebook the next time I’m visiting Kauai! Both Sunrise and Sunset views were immaculate. Great communication and amenities. Can’t recommend enough.

This place was AMAZING!! I can’t wait to come back. The condo was very affordable and perfect for our family. It’s clear from the listing that this isn’t a luxury resort, but it definitely has everything you need and more! The pool was an awesome amenity. The ground level walkout is perfect for inside/outside living. We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise - that alone is worth every penny! The communication was top tier and the staff keeps it very clean. The condo is near many shops and restaurants. Short walk to downtown Kapaa. I’d highly recommend the blissful beach condo for your next stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this little condo. Couple things we would change if we could: the pool is small and not a place we wanted to spend time - totally unusual for us. We love the water and pools but this one was small and odd. The condos are right on top of each other. Almost every morning we were awakened by our neighbor on her lanai talking on her phone at 7:15ish - and their TV every night was very audible. If possible, I would stay on the 3rd floor next time so as not to hear people above me. People would smoke in the parking lot just past the “no smoking” signs and their 2nd hand smoke would blow into and through the condo with those amazing trade winds. These are things the owner can do nothing about but people should hear these things. Great location. Owners were very easy to contact and nice to deal with. We enjoyed our time in Kaua’i and have some great memories.

Being right on the ocean in such a convenient spot for exploring both the North and South Shores is something many of our guests truly value. As part of a larger beachfront condominium community, there can occasionally be ambient noise from neighboring units or common areas. While this is unfortunately outside of our control, we do want guests to be aware that this is not a secluded, private retreat but rather a lively oceanfront complex. Regarding the amenities, there are two pools on the property. There is one oceanfront and another located behind the second building and many guests also enjoy the numerous nearby beaches just minutes away. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and we apologize if smoke from outside the complex drifted toward the unit. We certainly understand how that could be frustrating. We truly strive to be transparent, communicative, and responsive so our guests can have the best possible experience on our beautiful island. Mahalo again for your feedback, and we wish you many wonderful memories of Kaua‘i!

Beachfront Kapaa Condo

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo. The location couldn’t be better for our visit with family in Kapaa and we were steps from the sand with beautiful walking trails and there was a grocery store within easy walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials which made it easy to cook meals. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms which made for a restful night’s sleep after warm beach days.

Great location, close to town and right across the street from grocery shopping. Clean rooms and full amenities. With the windows open i could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The sunrise and moonrise views are spectacular. We took our coffee to the beach in robes each morning. Don't miss them!The half bath made it easy for 3 women to get ready each morning. An unexpected bonus. Great host communication. Super easy check in and check out. I would come back here over and over again. Great property. My only suggestion would be to provide linens for the futons in the living room. There are linens only for the two beds in the bedrooms.

We only provide bedding for the two beds in the bedrooms, as the sleeping accommodations for this listing are limited to four guests. In the past, we’ve had instances where additional guests stayed beyond the occupancy limit, and our HOA and neighboring unit owners have asked us to strictly enforce the rule that this unit may not exceed four guests. For that reason, we don’t advertise the couch or futon as sleeping options and do not provide extra linens for them. This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo is one of the more spacious units in the complex, and we’re thrilled you found it comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again soon!

It was a decent home base to explore the island. However, the unit and the property itself is basic. The front bedroom window is right by the stairs so that you hear everyone entering or leaving the building. When we arrived, it was not very clean and the towels and linens smelled as if they were washed with a quick wash only.

Great place to stay in Kapaa!

We enjoyed staying here during our trip to Kauai. The location was very convenient and it was great to be able to walk along the beach every morning and evening. David and Qing Qing were very communicative and were helpful with cleaning the apartment when we needed it. Would be happy to stay here again!

Kapa'a stay

Our stay at the blissful beachfront condo was really nice. The location has really convenient walking access to Safeway for basic needs but also within walking distance to multiple restaurants, we enjoyed Lemongrass grill, tiki tacos, positive coffee and wailua shave ice. The beach was really easy and convenient to walk down to and enjoy sun rise or sunset and our host David was really quick with responding to us. Had a great time!

Great Location!

We had a great stay in this condo. We could see and hear the ocean and were very close to the pool. The grounds are really nice and we occasionally were visited by a local rooster. Just across the street is a Safeway grocery, Ross, Subway shop, ABC store and ice cream shop. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the owner replaced it the same day. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfy, and we enjoyed having meals and morning coffee on the patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Oceanfront adventure

Our rental was a perfect jumping off point for adventure. In our short stay, we surfed, snorkeled, and hiked the sleeping giant, and had a great place to come back to each day for reprieve.

Great Value at this Property

This apartment is in a great location walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped and everything we tested worked. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is noisy in the morning due to the window set up, so bring some ear plugs.

Aloha Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad everything worked out during your stay in Kauai. The condo is in a condo building where there are units next to each other and multiple floors. The location is also at the heart of Kapaa convenient for sightseeing and getting around the island. Most people who stay at the condo start their day early to get out and explore Kauai so you are susceptible to some noise staying in a condo complex at a central location. If you wanted a more private place with no noise, a single family house may have been better a better option instead of a condo. But even in a residential neighborhood there are still noise as I know from experience living on Kauai myself. We always wish the best experience for our guests and try to be very transparent on what we offer. I do have property on the North Shore for guests who like a quieter and more private stay. Come back again next time and visit the North Shore of Kauai, Mahalo!

Great property, friendly manager

My parents and I stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean when we arrived, and the communication with the property manager was amazing. This was our first time visiting Kauai, and we think this property was a great location for getting anywhere on the island. We explored all over and this property was a great home base. The beach here is lovely to lounge and read. I cannot wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. There is a shopping plaza across the street with a Safeway, Starbucks,and other stores. It is a quick drive to the Kapa’a shopping district as well as restaurants.
