Nice property

The room and grounds were good. The property next door was under construction and an eyesore. Twice there were transient looking people on the property that did not belong. The living room window leaked badly when it rained, and it rained quite a bit. The add also said there was a gym. There is not. The pool was very well maintained and the host had beach chairs and boogie boards to use at the beach which was nice.

Great location, well stocked place!

The condo was just steps from the beach and the pool. Near a lot of great restaurants, beaches and Safeway. Well stocked with all the beach needs: chairs, coolers, even towels! Some spots around the house were dusty. Didn't realize the unit had no A/C. Not a big deal, but needed to keep windows and doors open at night for air circulation. Washer/dryer was in the bathroom. That wasn't clear from the description, but was glad it was there! Owner was very kind and responsive. Grounds staff were all very friendly.

Nice condo right on the beach!

This was a nice condo that you can just walk out the back door and walk right on the beach! There are lawn chairs that are there that you can sit in and watch the waves!

Great condo in Kapaa

Nice and relaxing place to stay. Relaxing to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Centrally located to explore the whole island of Kauai.

We have stayed here before and love it. This condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great central location on the island making it easy to get everywhere.

Super lovely stay in paradise

Great location on the island, complex is small but has all you need for a relaxing vacation. Condo is perfectly located and is in great condition. It has everything you need.

Perfect Location! Wow!

We absolutely loved this place. Very convenient for beach access, swimming pool, grocery store and more. It was very clean which my wife loved. We travelled all over the island hiking and the location made it very easy to get around the island. Only 20 yards from the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location. Nice enough condo.

Overall, everything was good to great. Kids had fun in the pool. I enjoyed the lounge chairs along the beach. The nice central location made it easy to explore the south and north sides of the island. Proximity to grocery store was convenient. Pool was small but nice. Really appreciated the daily pool maintenance and cleaning. The end unit condo is perfectly situated in the complex w easy access to the beach and pool. We also appreciated the snorkel gear, boogie boards, floaties, and chairs in the storage room. Very nice amenity. The beach isn’t super swimable at this location but amazing beaches are close. Sheila was very responsive but the internet and pool codes weren’t provided. The kitchen is well stocked w cooking pans and utensils. Overall we enjoyed the low key and mellow vibe of this place and would return here.

Great location and condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Condo was in good condition and supplied very well. We liked the walkability to stores and restaurants. Having the ocean a stones throw away was great! Communication was good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and close to beach

We had a lovely time at this property, the construction was still going on while we were there but didn't really affect our stay as we were out during the times they were working on the beach restoration. Definitely would recommend this place to others.

Makenna’s 21st trip

The property was as good as advertised. It was clean and very roomy for ten of us. It was in a good area and very accessible to all of the Nashville attractions we went to. Will definitely look to stay again on future trips.

Wonderful Stay

The property was in a great location and steps away from the water and sand. Even saw a Monk seal right on the beach, perfect spot for watching the sunrise. Well maintained property and the kitchen had all the amenities you need to do any in house cooking. Jay was amazing to deal with and had all the information we needed in advance of our stay. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Absolutely perfect

We loved this place! This is a great location for heading to either the North or South Shore. The condo was immaculate, so close to the beach and the pool, and the grounds well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Great location!

My sister and I ( 2 seniors) just returned from a fabulous holiday in this condo. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is great....right on the beach but also a very easy walk to grocery shopping and restaurants. Also a very central location on the island. We explored so much of the island and it was perfect to come back to the condo for a relaxing evening.

Great apartment by sea

This rental is just as advertised it’s ocean front in a small apartment/condo complex. Food and shopping are close and it’s near the end of a 10 mile round trip walking path. We brought bicycles and had a great time riding local roads.

Kauai Kailani was a 40 year time share. We purchased the original offering in 1969 and have enjoyed and raised our family here. Absolutely a perfect spot for kids and quiet time a mixture hard to find. Security in the compound we call 'The Village' in this small resort gives the homey appeal and still close enough to all the action spots on the East side.

Small and private with full kitchen gives you the independence of choices to relax within or go out. We have found a perfect blend of staying in or finding a new beaches or trails around the island. Services are close and very walkable. Be careful, these units grow on you like an old shoe:) We know, our Grandkids now insist on coming back

Spectacular sunrises will greet you full force in the ocean front window. Like a sunset tradition the sunrise gathers folks to greet the day watching the sun surface from the Pacific Ocean. This unit is one of the last to retreat the sun at days end, just in time for pu,pu's! Spacious Lanai's offer perfect spot for the gathering of the Village.
