Fun at the Beach

We had a wonderful, relaxing five days at this charming, comfortable beach house. It has been renovated in good taste with a great new kitchen and master bath. It has a nice partial view of Long Island Sound and we hope to return next year.

Easy remote check-in, given PDF with all instructions and tips. Great location. Very quiet. Very close access to a shallow beach. Stocked kitchen with any necessary utensils, and appliances. excellent visit, would stay again.

Perfect accommodation!

Wonderful home in a lovely beach neighborhood. Great views from the living room window. Plenty of spaces for our family to spread out. We will be back!!

Wonderful house by the beach

This stay exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We could walk to the beach, which was only a minute away, to enjoy the water. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the host was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Book Club friends meet every year !!

This house is absolutely lovely . We did not the best weather but it did not hinder our stay. This a very welcoming home , everything you need is right there , all with amazing views of the water!

We loved this home. Great spaces indoors and out. Well-equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and street. Wonderful, welcoming neighbors. Short drive to old school house deli a plus!

Very nice!!!

This place is awesome with great beach access, ocean view, nice neighborhood, 2 patios, and wonderful kitchen & bedrooms. Owner was very helpful and accessible by text all the time!

Cute and Cozy home by the Sea!

I was lucky enough to spend the month of Oct staying in this cute, cozy, comfortable and updated cottage. There were views of the water everywhere! A beautiful bay window in the living room gave way to the morning sunrise off the ocean. Gorgeous! Short walk to a private beach, minutes from downtown Madison and Hammonasset State Beach. Lots to do and explore. The host was amazing and super responsive and the neighbors made us feel very welcomed. I’d definitely stay here again ☀️🌊

Madison Fall 2024

The home was comfy, bright and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want including coffee and some snacks. The primary shower was awesome with three shower heads. The outside spaces were comfortable and felt very private. Access to the beach was one property down the street although it took me a minute to recognize the path as an easement rather than private property. I wish I could have stayed longer!

A fantastic home to gather in. The kitchen was fully equipped, if you like to cook we highly recommend this rental. Right off the LI sound, a super relaxing location with views of the sunrise . Would love to stay again.

Wonderful family beach getaway

This property was perfect for a family gathering ! The house is clean, updated, comfortable, and pleasant. The set up in the home and kitchen met all of our needs. We relished the coastal views and you’re just a short walk down a path to the beach. We would stay here again in the furture!

Our beach home is our primary residence. It was dream of ours to have a home designed and remodeled with beautiful water views and steps away from a private association beach. It truly is the best place to spend time with family and raise our son. We choose Madison because of the amazing beach community and because I grew up in the area and wanted to be close to my parents. We are foreign service family stationed overseas and have decided to open our home to others.
