You'll be steps from the best restaurants and shops on TC's vibrant Front Street. No need to find parking when you can walk to everything in minutes including popular beaches and Clinch Marina. Pop on a brewery tour by foot, paddle, or bike right outside the door. Grab a tour bus and venture out to the beautiful rolling hills of our spectacular peninsulas and taste our incredible wines.

Inside the space you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, a cozy night by the fire, a night of euchre at the barrel table, or a delicious dinner in from Brasserie Amie. This spacious brand new second floor space has you right in the action while still providing a quiet retreat with all the comforts of home.

Our family spent a long weekend in April at this 4 bed/3 bath condo. It met our expectations and more. The suite was spacious, clean and had comfortable seating for all 6 of us. We brought along our 86 yo father and the ADA master bath and elevator were perfect for him. It was wonderful to be located in the heart of TC, which meant we had so many walkable choices for food, drinks and shopping. Daena & team were quick to respond to our questions. We would love to stay again.

Location, location, location! Besides the comfortable sitting room to drink our coffees in the morning and nice size table to play cards around for a group of six, we really enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants and shops without the hassle of getting into the car and worrying about driving!

This was the perfect location in Traverse City! We had coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques all around us. This was a very nice, safe, clean neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay and convenient parking.The rental was perfect for 3 adult couples. Everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Great stay in Traverse City.

Great location, easy communication with owner. Extremely roomy and well laid out. Extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
