Functional historic luxury in the heart of Downtown Traverse City with West Bay views only moments from all the area has to offer.

Kitchen features Wolf appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator, fully stocked custom built cabinets, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K Cups, and a large island open to the living room. Perfect for entertaining.

Stunning city & river views abound.

Cozy Living room has SONOS sound bar, flat screen tv, customizable LED lights, gas fireplace, wet bar, and drop down movie projection screen.

3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and features master bath with hammered copper and nickel soaking/jet tub.

Bedrooms have a variety of high thread count DreamCloud sleeping options.

We are more than glad to host events and private gatherings, however we ask please no parties. Additional charges apply for gatherings. Please inquire for additional details.

The floor below the condo boasts an amazing medspa called Eternal Wellness. Guests who stay with us receive 15% off their services.

Take the elevator to the first floor of the building and grab a bite to eat or drink at Northpeak Brewing Company or Kilkenny's Irish Pub. You're also close walking distance to downtown which offers an abundance of shopping, restaurants, and bars.

This is a great place to stay in downtown Traverse City. The penthouse condo was clean, spacious and well supplied. Parking was simply and access to the unit was easy. Board games and billiards were a big plus. TV and internet were worked great.

We had an amazing stay and can’t recommend this place enough! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos.The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything. Amazing stay - impressive and high end!

What a unique property and great location! The well appointed space is unique, high end, and very luxurious. Having a popular Irish bar on the basement level of the building was an added surprise and made for fun evenings during a golf trip with friends.11/10 and will definitely stay again!

Great location and awesome space

Everything was great until around 10 pm when loud music wafted up from the buidling’s street level pub and restaurant. You need to be a sound sleeper or join the party downstairs!

Thanks so much for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. So sorry for any inconvenience with the restaurants on the first floor and basement. Summer is busy up here and the condo is located downtown where there are number of busy bars and restaurants. It is also noted that there are two restaurants on the first floor and basement of the building in the condo description. While most guest see this as a benefit to be able to take the elevator down and grab dinner and drinks or a quick bite we understand how it may also be an inconvienence to some. Sorry for the confusion and we hope you enjoyed your visit to our beautiful town.

The place was incredible! So clean, beautiful, spacious and truly gorgeous!!! The host was very great about communicating and answering questions. Location was ideal!! My daughter and I were there for a horse show in Traverse City and had very early mornings and super long days at the show and felt safe leaving early and coming home late. Awesome that there was dedicated parking for the residence. Big thumbs up!

Serene getaway

We have stayed twice now and both times we had a very enjoyable time. Great condo to relax or entertain in. We enjoyed having a small group come over to play pool and cards with us for an evening, everyone loved it there. We also had the opportunity to enjoy it to just hang out and relax. This condo does not disappoint!

First Class all the way

Beautiful property, great location and white glove service. The house was fully loaded with all the amenities you would ever need including a chefs kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!
