Memorable family vacation

Property is very nice. Easy walk through a jungle path to the beach. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Phil and his crew Mike and Terry are amazing and helped with all our needs.

Beautiful and relaxing

Property was nice and Phil was very easy to work with. Very safe spot and things were well taken care of. Terry, the care taker, always made sure we had what we needed and things were clean. Pool on the top level was a nice touch and a great place to watch the sunset.

Location location location!!!

My family and I have been to Roatan several times, but this is our first time staying in the West Bay area. $5 water taxi per person into West Bay or West End… Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a beautiful, rooftop pool to enjoy the view while cooling off. Phill the owner was excellent at setting up any land transportation, water taxis, and excursions!! Two minute or less walk to the beach!! There are comfortable beds, and a back up generator when the power goes out, which does happen on an island. The air conditioners in each room work very well which is also hard to find on the island. This is brand new construction, and Terry who is on site is also very helpful. Mike and his crew were excellent drivers. If he’s never been, you should visit… no need to be intimidated by a new location. Phill and his staff will help you with everything you need or want to do . The snorkeling is excellent… we saw a turtle and spotted eagle rays on our fun tiki boat snorkel trip…and we got to pass by some dolphins that gave us a little bit of a show.😊

Excellent Stay at Villas De Cisnes

Everything you need all in one place. Phil, Terry and Mike were awesome. Phil our host was extraordinary. He kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. He recommended wonderful excursions. Terry checked on us every morning and asked if we needed anything. He took our trash, exchanged our towels and took care of our luggage when we arrived and left. Mike drove us all over the island, so that we could make our excursions on time. He also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The beach was a short walk on a path that was full of lush tropical plants. We even saw a capybara during one of our walks. The path ends up at a pier where we were picked up by water taxis to take us to West Bay and West End. It was so convenient. Have to give a shout out to Big John’s water taxi for prompt service. We had an awesome time. If you’re planning a trip to Roatan, I encourage you to stay at Villas De Cisnes. You will have a marvelous time.

North American style accommodations. Condos each floor has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1900 sqft per floor and just 120 steps (garden pathway) to the beaches of West Bay and 4 min. Water taxi ride or 15 min beach walk to Tourist areas of West Bay or West End. Each floor has American Kitchen & Kitchenette, queen suite has separate sitting and kitchenette area. Local restaurants and bars plus scuba dive shop 150 yards down the beach. Top end services available and owner/operator lives on the property
