Super smooth checking in, super convenient location. Host was excellent and responded quickly with any questions. Love that it was located on first floor. Clean rooms and super comfy beds. Within driving & walking distance to several spots. Condo was equipped with everything & more that we needed. Only thing I would suggest if you get hot easily, bring your own fans. Condo does stay set on 72 & the Florida heat can be a lot.

We love Indian Shores

This condo is in a great location for us, we have family in the surrounding area so we can visit them and be near the beach. The condo is wonderful and so is the property host Julianne! Having the private beach access right across the street is great! We used the beach wagon that was available for guest and it made our trips to the beach much easier. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Convenient location

Easy access to the gulf, only 2 issues: exterior property repairs going on while we were there and the property manager did not give us the code to the door lock in advance.

The condo was just as described. It was very clean and well organized. The furnishings were extremely comfortable. The views from our balcony made for a relaxing vacation. Looking out over the pier to the water was fabulous. It was a short walk to the beach. Right across the street. The condo was equipped with everything you need. It made packing a breeze. Our communication with the owner was wonderful as she was quick to reply to all questions. We will be back!!

Fantastic Location! Highly Recommend

Julianne is a fantastic host. She is very responsive and so thoughtful when stocking this unit. This condo has everything you could think of; from Small appliances, and an air mattress, to bug spray and beach towels! We were very happy with the cleanliness of the unit, and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The top floor offers ocean views and a public seating area. The pool is also heated and gets shaded by early afternoon, which is great for cooling off! The beach access is just across the street! The beach was never super busy, and sometimes we had it all to ourselves! We can't wait for our next trip!

Beautiful condo!!

Listing photos are exactly what you get! Quiet Waters is a clean, well maintained building and grounds. We met a few neighbors, but never heard anyone once we were in the unit. Julianne was prompt in all communication and resolved any issues we had quickly. She provides a really nice air mattress that beats most sofa beds in past condos. We also enjoyed the use of the tent she provides with 20+ mph winds the week we were there. Easy access to uncrowded beach is just across the street!
