Enjoy an ocean view from the upstairs balcony or sit outside on the patio and hear the waves crashing! This Villa has everything for a relaxing vacation. This terrific 2-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ocean view condo has a ground floor patio with an ocean view, along with a master bedroom balcony overlooking the ocean!
This Villa is bright and beautiful. It underwent a COMPLETE renovation in 2022 and was completely refurnished in 2025. It has been impeccably maintained. It features two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Centrally located in the Villas by The Sea complex, it is literally steps to the pool and restaurant. Beach access is not far away. Swimming pool, laundry, fitness center, bike rentals, restaurant & gift shop on site.

This non-smoking unit is PET FRIENDLY with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Well-behaved pets deserve a vacation too!

***IMPORTANT NOTICE - THE POOL AT VILLAS BY THE SEA WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS BEGINNING MARCH 24, 2026, FOR 2-3 WEEKS.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villa by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

Super clean and easy to check in! Great location to beach. I wish there were bikes available to get closer to the main part of the island because while it’s a short drive, it is a long walk. Love it though!

First visit to Jekyll

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was perfect to the water and driftwood beach. You also have the pool and restaurant just out the front door. Our dog, Stewie, enjoyed the patio and wildlife. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Great Little Villa

Great Villa for a fun family adventure. Property location was great, but the restaurant caused some parking access issues. May want to bring some of your own kitchen utensils as the provided ones were a little sparse.

Great location!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and the kitchen modestly equipped. BYO blanket of you like to sleep snuggled in as there is just a very light coverlet on the bed. The location is perfect for morning walks on Driftwood beach and afternoon strolls along the beach at low tide. The Bistro restaurant is right out your back door with a great variety of yummy food.

Amazing location

We loved this! The place was well kept. The location is amazing! Driftwood Bistro was just steps outside our door, and Driftwood beach was a short walk away. Perfect for kids! The comforter needed changing and the smoke detector was missing, but with a quick call, and a message left, we came back from our outing everything was in place. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice property- very.clean. the restaurant on site was very good- we gave our name and then waited in the unit, thrn just walked over when buzzed! The parking lot fills up in the evening - and wish there was a night light in the upstairs bathroom. Also, we were there in feb- couldn't find any blankets! But all in all - a great unit!

Nice getaway

The condo was clean except the outside patios and patio windows. We could tell it hadn’t been cleaned off in a while and had to clean them up ourselves and a pretty big spider lol! Make sure you bring extra toilet paper and towels, like the listing says a small amount is supplied. Overall though the condo is very clean. When we first booked it the listing said two rooms two beds in each, however one room only had one queen bed versus two. I made the owner aware and they changed the mistake on the listing. Luckily only three went so no beds had to be shared.Overall a nice place to stay!

Good complex, B- unit

The location is great - right next to the pool and bistro, and close access to Driftwood Beach and piers. The unit itself was a bit of a let down. The main couch/sofa was broken (seat springs completely given out on one side; foot rest wouldn't go down on the other), master bed was just a mattress (IKEA at best), and every linen/toiletry item was paper thin. On our last day the cleaning crew also showed at 8am and parked right outside the unit, visibly watching us to see when we left (check out was 10am). This unit fills basic your necessities, but we won't be returning to this specific unit on the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as advertised and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised to find a terrific restaurant on-site. I thought the property management company did the minimum to meet expectations. For example, only providing two dishwasher pods for a full week stay when there are only 6 of every dish or only providing one bar of soap for two bathrooms. The kitchen has the minimum requirements. Disappointed that noone from the property management firm reached out when we lost power. They could have offered information like "we reached out to Georgia Power and it should be back at XX" or "The Westin still has power if you're looking for someplace to eat".
