This ocean view home is just a block from the beach, making it the perfect launchpad for all your sunny adventures. Inside the home, guests will find a comfortable living room with a sectional, fireplace, and flatscreen TV. The spacious kitchen is truly gorgeous, so be sure to take advantage of all the room to cook together. Use the stainless steel appliances and center island to whip up delicious, memorable meals together. If cooking isn’t your thing, this home is near plenty of delicious local fare. Spend time on the patio or the balcony dining al fresco or sunbathing. SLP-13587 TOT 10% 3 Night Minimum
In the garage, guests will find plenty of useful beach gear including boogie boards and chairs.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is construction across the street from this home through 2022.
There is a private tenant in the unit behind this house on the same lot.
Fireplace guards cannot be removed. Adult supervision is required at all times while using the fireplace.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. GUESTS WILL BE DIRECTLY CHARGED $1,000 FOR SMOKING AT THIS HOME AND WILL FACE IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
There are security cameras in the garage and around the exterior of the home for your safety.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Exterior surveillance cameras and decibel readers on site. Security cameras in garage as well
