Angie's Waterfront Retreat located at Havasu Landing Resort

Enjoy your unobstructed view of Lake Havasu and Thompson Beach, aka Little Beach, from your porch at this two bedroom/large one bathroom with washer and dryer home. Large carport for your water toys and boat slips available for rent at the marina. Marina phone number is 760-858-4592, press option for the Marina to reserve your boat slip in advance. You can also rent a golf cart, jet skis and even a boat at Aqua Marine near the camp grounds 760-273-2500.

Family and pet friendly home sleeps 6 comfortably - main bedroom has a queen bed and a portable crib in the closet, bunk room has a twin over twin, and the sofa pulls out to a full size bed. A rollaway is available if needed.

When not on the water put a puzzle together, play a board or card game, read a book, or watch a movie. Living room has a 55" Roku TV and DVD player. main bedroom has a Roku TV and DVD player.

This home is turn-key, just bring your clothes, toiletries and groceries with you or get them at the Havasu Landing Resort Market.

Maximum stay is 90 days.

The cove was walking distance as on photo. Made for a great place for teens to play football. Nice quiet neighborhood. Rooms are large. Ended up using the slips at Casino Marina for 40 a day since a storm came thru. That was really nice and easy. Kitchen had lots of what I needed to cook family dinner.

What a wonderful trip away from the city! Angie's Waterfront Retreat is fully equipped with everything that a family needs to get away and enjoy a beachfront adventure that has a nice view.

All that and more

It was a wonderful ! From start to finish. literally from booking and directly speaking with Ms. Angela to checking in at security. Smooth sails! The location was beautiful and perfect right in front of a perfect spot take a dip. The home had everything and more you needed. Clean and organized! Everything is labeled and has its place. Toys for kids - board games, movies, ROKU!!!! We loved it, we also rented a golf cart! Which i recommended, since we had other family staying at the campsite and we could go hang at the casino! We definitely hope to book again. Check out was easy and had some steps to follow but they were quick! Oh and of course my two fur babies had a ball! Home had everything you need for the fur kids as well! You can’t beat a rental that accepts and respects those with pets! Than you Ms. Angela

Outstanding Lake View

My family and I were very blessed to have stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend. The waterfront lake view is spectacular and the place was very nice inside and out, neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back to create many more memories here with our family. Thanks to Angie for being such a great host

Havasu Lake summer getaway

Angie is a top-notch host, communicating every step of the way to ensure that my family's two-day trip went as planned. What's even better is this home is equipped with just about everything you will need—dishes, utensils, a grill, air conditioning, detergent, cleaning supplies, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, excellent fridge, linens and bedding—i could go on! Angie's is also on a prime spot on B Street, just several feet from the lake and a view of the sunrise. You don't have to worry about anything if you stay here, no matter the age of travelers.

My family has been coming to Havasu Landing Resort since the early 1990s, first it was tent camping when it was just me and my husband, then we started renting a mobile home when the kids came along, and in 2016 we bought a home. In 2022, we ventured into the purchase of a vacation rental property as an investment towards our retirement. We hope that our guests will enjoy their time at the lake and cherish the memories they will make in our home.

Havasu Lake is one of the best lakes in Southern California for boating and fishing. We love the small town community feel. It is our place to go to when we need a break from real life and just relax and unwind.
