This charming, centrally located, 3 bedroom Sunriver home sits on a large, corner lot. The well laid out main floor features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, dining area with deck access, large picturesque windows and a gas fireplace. A smart TV is in the living room for the perfect cozy movie night.

On the main floor, you'll find 2 guest bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 twin bunk beds and a full bathroom.

Tucked away upstairs is the peaceful primary suite with attached bath, private balcony, and cable TV.

Ample space and beautiful nature await you on the back deck where you can enjoy plenty of patio seating, gas BBQ, and hot tub. Four adult bikes are also available for your enjoyment for adventuring beyond the property.

This property welcomes dog, 2 max. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great house. We had some issues with the screen door but maintenance came and fixed it. The screen windows are a bit old and can be cumbersome to work with. Overall a nice stay.

Great house & experience

The property was great. We were comfortable. Good text communication with the management company. We wanted a last long weekend getaway before school started and it was a perfect house for our trip.

Lovely get-away!

We loved having the biked at our disposal, as well as a hot tub and ping-pong for the teens! The adults appreciated the separate bedroom upstairs with plenty of space for the kids downstairs! There is literally no bad location in Sunriver!

Great experience

This home is well stocked, spacious, cozy and comfortable. I'd stay here again or recommend it to others. We stayed here during a heatwave and there is no AC, but the home stays cool and comfortable if you open windows at night and shut them in the morning. The rental doesn't include SHARC passes like many Sunriver properties do, but that's not a criticism - just something I should have noted before our arrival. We appreciated that the house was stocked with several games, several bikes, hot tub, and a ping pong table. For those who like to stay in and cook, the kitchen is well stocked! Everyone in our family enjoyed the house. Thank you.

Nice place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities of this property. Having our pets was an added plus! Great space for our family of five. Only slight hiccup was the hot tub was luke warm upon arrival. The repair man came out the next day to reset the temperature on the older hot tub. Would stay again.

Family trip

My family and I have been coming to Sunriver for several years now. We have stayed a various homes throughout Sunriver. This home has everything my family needed during our stay. The only recommendation I would say about this home is having comfortable outdoor furniture. It was great to have the table and chairs, but we enjoy sitting outside and the metal/wire chairs aren’t as comfortable for lounging outdoors.

Cozy Home for Snowy Spring Break

Wonderful property. Very clean. Amenities all as advertised and functional. Sunriver is a beautiful quiet place to stay just outside of Bend. 9 month old baby loved crawling on the carpeted floors at this property. Our dog enjoyed the home as well and the entire neighborhood. Hot tub was just what we needed after a few days skiing at Bachelor.

Fantastic property

The house is wonderful, well stocked, great layout and very well cared for. Very easy to use and enjoy. It’s always a gamble renting a “pet friendly” home but this house seemed too nice for a pet!! We enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities. Highly recommend! Communication with management was a breeze and everything was where you thought it should be and worked as expected. Zero issues!

Everything Was Perfect!

I've stayed in a lot of short-term rentals over the years and this house was by far the best appointed. It has literally everything you need. It was very comfortable and warm, and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for two families of 4.

Perfect family getaway

We had such a wonderful time visiting Sunriver! The house was a perfect fit for us. The kids loved the ping pong table and we all enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. Looking forward to many returns.

We came to visit family in Bend. The property had everything we needed. We would come back to this property. The property management company was very helpful when we left something behind.

Great home for Thanksgiving Holiday

This was a very comfortable home for our multi-generational family to stay over Thanksgiving. The house had enough room to stretch out, but also felt cozy when we got together to watch movies. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of towels and so many games and puzzles. A few minor maintenance issues were quickly addressed by Bennington Properties staff, who were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect weekend getaway

This property was perfect for our family and friends to get away for a last minute trip. The home is well maintained and provided a great gathering place. We enjoyed the hot tub and the bikes were nice to have access to. Another fan or 2 would have been nice because we couldn’t keep the windows open at night due to smoke in the air.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything.

The process of renting this property was quick and efficient and there property manager was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions.
