The space was perfect for a couples weekend in the fall. Nice appliances and bathroom updates. Great location to get to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The biggest downside is on Saturday night after a long day, I was really tired but the music and bass from Sole restaurant attached to the property was so loud until the 10:00 pm quiet time. Personal note, the shower also slants to the wall and not directly to middle drain so had a little standing water as it worked its way to the right spot.

Layout of flat is nice, with separate living, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Bedroom has no door. Flat is like a basement unit with windows that are very old and difficult to open and no air conditioning. Location is great. Shawn, the manager, is very responsive.Bottom line, for me, is that the unit was way overpriced, considering its condition,At our request, Shawn cleaned the mold out of the shower stall. Having stayed for 14 days, we started to notice how

Property was clean, Shawn, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants. I would like for the room to have a couple of throw pillows for the sofa and a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff. This is our second time staying at this property and would definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly accommodating and made everything smooth from start to finish. The property is in a perfect location—my wife and I were able to walk everywhere on the strip without needing to drive and Bear Lake was only 30 minutes away. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, it was the perfect weekend getaway, and we’ll definitely be coming back here for our next trip!

Best location and great hosts!!!

This location is perfect in Downtown Estes park! Restaurant in the Building upstairs, good parking spot. The flat is great, has all the amenities you could want including a great basket of snacks, coffee, etc. The communication was fast, always helpful and very accommodating for our special requests. Will always want to stay there when we are in Estes Park!

Perfect location

My partner and I stayed here while in Estes Park and we couldn’t ask for a more ideal location. We had a reservation for high tea and realized once we checked in that the teahouse was right across the street! All of downtown Estes park is within walking distance and RMNP was a five minute drive away!

Perfect Elopement Suite

My partner and I eloped in RMNP and stayed in the Cornelious Suite. It was in the perfect location and reasonably priced for five nights in Estes Park. We appreciated the property manager, Shawn, and his attention to detail. We could see the love and work going into The Courtyard Shops and Flats. We would definitely stay there again!

Cute and close to downtown!!

We loved how much room the flat had. Wish it had another small couch or chair for seating, but loved how open it was!! It was super close to downtown and made walking there so convenient instead of trying to find parking each time we went to the shops or to eat. The owner was super helpful with information and easy to communicate with!

Great getaway!

5/5 for sure. The property was clean, had everything we possibly needed, and is close enough to downtown we could just walk there! Shawn, the property manager is so nice and helped make our experience even more wonderful! Would definitely recommend

Weekend trip

My wife and I had a terrific time. Shawn was very nice and helpful in answering all our questions. Our room had all the amenities you needed and the location was excellent, walking distance to town. My only concern, the bathroom could use a few hooks to hang your clothes when taking a shower. We will definitely return.
