This cabin is absolute heaven! Everything was as described and very clean and organized. Everyday necessities were there and ready. The location is perfect if you are looking to be close to downtown but away from it all for peace and quiet! The host was very easy to deal with and very responsive. I recommend It Bears Repeating to anyone looking for a cabin that is welcoming and honestly feels like home! We loved our stay and will be back!

It was just as pictured in VRBO, clean,relaxing, beautiful furniture, every amenity we were looking for. Beautiful piece of property and yes we were visited by the friendly bears of Tennessee daily,so exciting! IT BEARS REPEATING!!

The house was as described. The house was only able to be cooled to 70, which made for some warm nights for the family. Nice place. Kids enjoyed games and the game room. Nicely stocked kitchen. Checkout was easy. Will return as we come to the area frequently for sporting events.

Beautiful and well equipped property!

A great property that is owned by even better people! We had a great time in the house in between going on hikes and going to Gatlinburg shops or the short drive to Pigeon Forge.

Family vacation

The property was clean and stocked with everything one may need. The inside stairs were a little tricky/narrow but was fine. Main area is on the second floor and there’s a loft bedroom/bath on third floor. We enjoyed our time.

Great Stay!!

This cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. It was very clean and decorated very cute. We had fun in the hot tub, playing pool, shuffleboard and the arcade game downstairs, sitting by the fire pit, and watching movies in their media room. Awesome stay!

truly amazing cabin!

This cabin exceeded all of our expectations in every way. The cleanliness is beyond any cabin we have ever had the pleasure of staying in and amenities will have you wanting to stay in to enjoy everything it has to offer. The owner was extremely accommodating and very easy to communicate with. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the game room and is now a pro at pool:). We will definitely be back!

Nice stay in Gatlinburg

Lovely cabin. Very clean, well stocked, comfy beds. Close to grocery store. Had a great time just hanging out playing games, watching movies. Saw a bear 3 times - once right outside the screen door. We think it was the same one- juvenile. If we ever go back to Gatlinburg, I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful cabin!

Family of five enjoyed this spacious cabin! Everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the media/game room as well as the fire pit and hot tub areas. The decor was outstanding with whimsical artwork by host/owner. Love was shown in the details of this cabin. Richelle the host/owner was just a phone call away and was super! Definitely a repeat visit in the future!

Perfect Destination

This cabin met all of our needs and more. Our daughter loved the game room and the loft bedroom and my wife and I enjoyed the peacefulness and relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin was clean, well organized and comfortably and beautifully decorated. We were located in a quiet area but less than 10 minutes to a grocery store and the attractions in Gatlinburg. My family and I look forward to visiting again soon.

This place was beautiful! The house was in great shape and kept very clean. The homeowner also had it decorated SO cute!! My kids loved the hot tub and the game room! We had an amazing time and will keep this property in mind for our future Cabin needs.

Amazing rental

We spent an amazing week at It Bears Repeating. The cabin was great- super clean, comfortable beds, great hot tub in a screened in porch, a cozy fire pit and a game room that we all enjoyed. The owner was easy to communicate with and she even has her own artwork on the walls that added the perfect personal touch. We were close to everything, but still hidden enough away so you didn't feel like you were that close to town. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Beautiful updated clean cabin

This cabin is the cleanest most updated place we have stayed at. Every year we come here to unwind will will book this cabin. So beautiful the owner Richele was absolutely wonderful to work with she made us feel welcomed. Not to mention the cabin was stocked with items we usually have to buy and throw away the small things count.

Perfect cabin!

This property is awesome! Lots of space for families. It’s SUPER CLEAN and has everything you could need for your stay. It’s convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and grocery store. The beds are AMAZING! We really enjoyed the game room and media room! Richele is the best host and responds to any questions quickly. I’d give it 10 STARS if I could!!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay for New Years!!

We had a great stay at It Bears Repeating. My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys for the New Years week, and we had the best time ever. The home had everything we could have wanted and everything we needed. The boys loved the playroom and were entertained with the arcade games and pool table most. The home is very spacious and yet felt very warm. They even had a Christmas tree and decorations that gave us that holiday feeling even with being away from home. Everything was clean and as promised. We can't wait to visit again and hope this home or one of the host's other 2 homes are available for us. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

Great Property - highly recommend

Property is very clean and the location is great - close enough to drive to everything you want. The property and appliances are new or very updated. Outdoor firepit and hot tub were very nice and easy to use. Everyone loved the media and entertainment rooms - lots to do in the evenings and it kept any late night noise from the teenagers away from the sleeping areas. The master loft is very nice but keep in mind that it is a loft and open to the first floor - plenty of privacy but noise can travel up the stairs from the main floor. We would absolutely stay here again and Richele was an attentive host.

Excellent family friendly cabin!

This place has it all. 3 king beds, which we used for all the teenagers, the twin pull out was perfect for our 7 year old, and the media room has a queen pull out that was perfect for us. Richele literally thought of everything you could need and had it readily available. Everything was labeled and instructions were clear on how/what to do. The cabin has neighbors, but you’d never know it. It was very quiet and peaceful. I think this stay has permanently deterred us from hotels. It’s set up so that everyone has their privacy, but still enough room for everyone to gather around and watch a movie, get in the hot tub, and have a family dinner together. Everything in the cabin is high end, and very clean and organized. Richele was an excellent host, and I think our favorite part was a lot of the artwork in the cabin, she did herself. 10/10 would recommend this to any and everyone looking to stay in the Smokies!

We have dreamed about owning a mountain home. So yes, this is a dream come true! We love exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Every hike is an adventure and new memories are made for our family. We are excited to finally own three beautiful mountain cabins and thrilled to share them with you.

"Bear in Mind" (VRBO#2142098) and "It Bears Repeating" (VRBO#2805434) are located in Gatlinburg in the Arts and Crafts Community. The cabins are close together which makes them perfect for big families or large groups. "Bearindipity" (VRBO#2725990) is located in Pigeon Forge near The Ripken Experience Ballpark. Our cabins are tucked away for privacy yet close to grocery stores and all the tourist attractions located along The Parkway.

All three cabins are loaded with all the amenities needed for the perfect vacation experience. We thought of everything. From fire pits, to cookware, plush towels and the most comfortable beds you can imagine. You will discover why we are a 5-Star vacation experience and why our guest return year after year.

We absolutely love the Arts and Crafts Community area of Gatlinburg. The area is tucked away and feels very private yet it is convenient in every way. The cabin is situated at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park's north side entrance and a short drive to all of the attractions in Gatlinburg and along The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. There is a grocery store, liquor store, clinic, restaurants and fire station just 3 minutes down the hill and the bustling parkway is only 8 minutes away when you're ready to explore the town. Hint, hint...make sure to take advantage of the back road "short cut" to the cabin during crowded, heavy traffic times in Gatlingurg!
