The Space:
This unit is located in a small and beautiful retro building which only has 3 other units. Our neighbors have lived here a long time and are welcoming to our guests. We please ask that you respect and be mindful of noise, cleanliness of the property, and pick up after yourself and your pets.
This rental boasts two beds (one king and one queen), one full-bath, and a recently renovated outdoor shared patio with fire pit and seating. With updates throughout and bonus amenities such as a 75" Smart Tv with sound system, a propane Grill, and off street parking you probably won’t want to leave. This home accommodates four guests. We are pet friendly please inquire for rules and fees prior to booking.

PETS
Please inquire about your dog. The breed and weight must be approved. There is a one pet maximum. Pet Accommodation fare is $250 per month. Pets must be kept on leash in the common areas at all times. Please pick up after your pet, subject to a $50 fine for violators. You share walls with the neighbors, if your pet is a barker while you are gone we will ask you to bring them with you at all times.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
OUTDOOR PATIO
This beautiful property is a Four-plex. You will share a wall and ceiling with the neighbors. We ask that all tenants be mindful and respectful of one another, and pick up after yourself if outdoor space is used so all can enjoy the property.
CHILD PROOFING
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
PARKING
There is plenty of off street parking and we do offer one off street garage spot. It will fit up to mid size SUVs. Please inquire for more details.
AC
Air Conditioning is shut down before the first freeze which is traditionally 10/1. Air Conditioning is turned on after the last freeze which is traditionally 5/15.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
