Completely renovated top to bottom with high ceilings and historic charm as well as the luxe finishes and services that you expect to find in top-tier hotels! Marble tiled bathroom with marble countertops, spa-like walk-in shower, separate water closet and heated floors. Eat-in Kitchenette with natural quartz countertops and backsplash, Italian made gas-cooktop, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, and all necessary essentials. Coffee/tea setup included (espresso machine and milk-frother, tea kettle, w/basics re-stocked along with weekly housekeeping service). The apartment has 2 Flat Screen / Smart TVs. One in the Living Room and one in the Bedroom. Cable TV (Comcast Xfinity) with premium channels & on-demand streaming is included at no additional cost -- e.g. HBO, Showtime, Stars, Paramount+, AMC+, and sports channels etc. We have blazing fast FREE Internet that is accessible on WiFi suitable for working from home, video calls, and downloading or uploading large files. Access codes for the WiFi will be provided when you arrive. Our goal is a complete stress-free stay for our guests! Hotel quality service --- but in your own private apartment in the heart of the city.

The apartment was clean and cozy and perfectly within walking distance to the Denver Botanic Gardens where I was attending a conference and good places to eat (like Illegal Pete's). I'm so glad I found this place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here during the week before our wedding at the botanic gardens. It was the perfect place to stay to save a little money before moving into the larger VRBO in the same building. It’s a very cute little basement unit. Angela was a great host, communicated well, and we would definitely come back!

Excellent location and great communication with the host. The neighborhood is very cozy with a park around the corner. This is perfect for a short stay.

Great location. Owner is great to communicate with and was willing to let us check in early. Highly recommend for a solo business trip or a get away with your significant other! Plenty of stuff to do close by.

Cozy Retreat

I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive. I loved the added touch of milk in the fridge for frothing and the heated bathroom floor.

Clean, nicely decorated. Bathroom has heated floors so a nice luxury. Parking on street takes awhile sometimes but always found a spot within 2 blocks. Great place to stay. Nearby parks fantastic.

My sister and I stayed at the Pineapple House and it was the best experience! First of all, our host Angela was very kind and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. The place was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location since we were in downtown Denver most days. We'll definitely be staying again when we are in the area!

Not sure what I’d change about the place. We enjoyed every aspect. Shower and water pressure were nice. Even took pics and dimensions to possibly replicate it in our own house

Located near the Denver Botanic Gardens, Cheesman Park, and plenty of other offerings, this lovely little apartment offers a quiet refuge within a grand old house in a tree lined and welcoming neighborhood. Our host was gracious and available for any concerns as well as delightful conversation. We will definitely return!

Visiting New Grandbaby

We were here a week visiting family. It was the perfect location for us. Easy to walk to beautiful park, Denver Botanical Gardens and restaurants. Apartment was so comfortable and so nicely appointed. Private entrance; quiet place to sleep. Host was fabulously attentive. Easy check in and out. We hope to stay again for our next trip to Denver. Denver is my home town and this property, known as the "Pineapple House" is beyond unique. It is truly special -- a historic landmark built in 1894! I'm excited to share it with others who want to experience it and explore all that Denver has to offer. I'm passionate about giving my guests a 5-star hotel-style experience: from the peace & quiet, to the total privacy they enjoy here starting with self-check-in . We are centrally located and in the middle of it all but on a quiet tree-lined street (see photos for a view of our block). You can have the best of both worlds: a quiet residential getaway .....yet still close to the premier shopping areas in Cherry Creek, the nearby restaurants & bars on 17th St and Colfax, only a few blocks away from museums and parks (including the Botanic Garden), and a 10 min walk to/from the City Park Farmers Market.
