Marble tiled bathroom with marble countertops, spa-like walk-in shower, separate water closet and heated floors. Eat-in Kitchenette with natural quartz countertops and backsplash, Italian made gas-cooktop, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, and all necessary essentials. Coffee/tea setup included (espresso machine and milk-frother, tea kettle, w/basics re-stocked along with weekly housekeeping service). The apartment has 2 Flat Screen / Smart TVs. One in the Living Room and one in the Bedroom. Cable TV (Comcast Xfinity) with premium channels & on-demand streaming is included at no additional cost -- e.g. HBO, Showtime, Stars, Paramount+, AMC+, and sports channels etc. We have blazing fast FREE Internet that is accessible on WiFi suitable for working from home, video calls, and downloading or uploading large files. Access codes for the WiFi will be provided when you arrive. Our goal is a complete stress-free stay for our guests! Hotel quality service --- but in your own private apartment in the heart of the city.

Lovely property!

Cozy Retreat

I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive. I loved the added touch of milk in the fridge for frothing and the heated bathroom floor.

Great location!

Excellent location and great communication with the host. The neighborhood is very cozy with a park around the corner. This is perfect for a short stay.

Not sure what I’d change about the place. We enjoyed every aspect. Shower and water pressure were nice. Even took pics and dimensions to possibly replicate it in our own house

Wonderful accommodations, centrally located..next to Cheesman Park and the Botanical Garden, walking distance to most cultural venues. Angela is as close to an Angel as one gets. Highly recommend.

Pineapple House

Clean, nicely decorated. Bathroom has heated floors so a nice luxury. Parking on street takes awhile sometimes but always found a spot within 2 blocks. Great place to stay. Nearby parks fantastic.

Pineapple House

My sister and I stayed at the Pineapple House and it was the best experience! First of all, our host Angela was very kind and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. The place was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location since we were in downtown Denver most days. We'll definitely be staying again when we are in the area!

Visiting New Grandbaby

We were here a week visiting family. It was the perfect location for us. Easy to walk to beautiful park, Denver Botanical Gardens and restaurants. Apartment was so comfortable and so nicely appointed. Private entrance; quiet place to sleep. Host was fabulously attentive. Easy check in and out. We hope to stay again for our next trip to Denver. Highly recommend!

What a great stay!

We have to begin by saying that Angela is the best. Communication was wonderful--she gave us some wonderful suggestions ahead of our visit that helped with our planning. The apartment is in a great location that allowed us to walk to many things in the city and when we drove out to the foothills it was minutes away. We were able to make the cozy kitchenette work for us as a couple who likes to cook when traveling. The heated bathroom floor is a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple House!

Beautiful home. I can't wait to come back. Angela was warm, welcoming, and incredible. The little garden apartment was quaint and quiet. There is so much to do within walking distance such as Cheesman Park and Denver Botanical Gardens. The home is only 2 miles from Coors Field and LoDo, so it is far enough away from Downtown that it is quiet and safe but definitely close enough to enjoy all that Denver has to offer.

Comfortable and Classic!

Love this place for my husand and I. The furnishings are antique like which added to the coziness. The shower and restroom is large and beautiful. Neighborhood is cute and a great walk to a city park is around the corner. The only down side was a corner on Colfax, near walgreens wasnt as pleasant but eaily avoidable and not a permnament situation. The host is really nice and detailed in instructions and readily available to assist with questions or accommodations!

Positively Wonderful

We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect! We used Denver as our base and did multiple day trips. The Pineapple House was the perfect location. We found great places close by for breakfast (Onefold and Olive and Finch). Ice cream shoppe around the corner and easy street parking for our rental car. Elevated quality of bedding, towels, new and perfect bathroom design as well as the cutest kitchen. Wonderful attention to detail and amazingly quick response from owner when we needed something. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. You won’t regret it!

Outstanding place for couple in historic location

The Pineapple House has been lovingly restored and updated by Angela who in my opinion is a super host from our experience. The location is several blocks from Cheesman Park and about a mile from City Park in Denver who do parks very well. It is so well located we are looking for a condominium for ourselves in this area. Angela was so responsive to our requests we look forward to enjoying her hospitality when we return to visit family. My wife and I are fans of historic preservation and the Pineapple House checks all of the boxes. Our host made it so good we don't need to go anywhere else when we visit Denver.

Amazing Property!

I stayed at this property by myself and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is great, it is only about a 20 min walk to Cherry Creek Mall! The apartment was extremely clean and there was even a binder left by the host full of the nearest grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats, etc. This apartment is in the downstairs area of the property, so you can sometimes hear people walking above you, but this was no different than staying in a hotel and being able to hear people walking outside of your room. There is free parking on the street, and you can easily access the side door (which is the entrance to this apartment). I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Denver!

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and I booked this cute apartment for a long weekend to visit our son in Denver since it was only 4 miles from him. The check in communication was timely and very well laid out, easy to get in and we had no issues. The apartment was exactly as described and was the perfect size for the two of us. The little touches like the espresso machine with a milk frothier (even organic milk supplied!) was so nice! The bed was comfortable and all towels and linens were perfect. The host, Angela, was so thoughtful and took the time to help with anything needed, provided lots of history about the home as well as local information. We will be back and we will for sure rent from Angela again. You won't be disappointed by staying at the Pineapple House!

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I were coming to Denver to visit some old friends and just get a break. We found this listing and it had no reviews so we decided to take a chance. The pineapple house is gorgeous and the unit is absolutely perfect. Everything was very very clean, especially the bathroom. Our host was fantastic and had great communication and had supplied the unit with everything you could need for a comfy home away from home. Check in was awesome, all we had to do was enter a code and we were in. The bed was very comfy with great pillows. I know it's a tiny detail but I fell in love with the hosts blankets on the couch. The water in the shower was hot and had great pressure and it was such a pretty little bathroom! The unit was perfectly situated to walk around Denver. Restaurants and bars are super close and the area stayed nice and quiet at night. I highly recommend spending your vacation in this rental!!!!

Perfect location, Perfect Size, Perfect everything

The Basement Apartment was everything I hoped it would be and more! The Stained Glass Features with Built in Day light lighting really helped brighten the place and gave it so much character. The bed was beyond comfortable and the shower and heated floors in the bathroom were fantastic!! The kitchenette is a perfect size and I could easily make a meal and enjoyed it there, had I stayed longer. Expresso machine made delicious coffee, and the wifi was perfect for my remote work! I was even able to do a meeting with no issues! Angela was an amazing hostess! I got to meet her little dachshund Family on my last night and she gave me a tour of the home as well. I don't know how she knew, but I am a sucker for historic homes and the work she's putting into this place to return it back to it's glory and maintain it's character is amazing! I cannot wait to return and hopefully rent the larger apartment with my partner on our next visit to Denver. Pretty sure the Garden level Basement apartment *might* just be my Denver 'Home away from home' when I return solo!

We are centrally located and in the middle of it all but on a quiet tree-lined street (see photos for a view of our block). You can have the best of both worlds: a quiet residential getaway .....yet still close to the premier shopping areas in Cherry Creek, the nearby restaurants & bars on 17th St and Colfax, only a few blocks away from museums and parks (including the Botanic Garden), and a 10 min walk to/from the City Park Farmers Market.
