The space was warm and inviting. Close to shopping and the mountains. A twenty minute drive to/from the airport. Very convenient location.

I like the place. Cute and quaint. There was no way to change the air or heat and I thought it was freezing. I contacted them day 2 about the lock on the door not working, it ran out of batteries and I never got a response so the place was unsecured the whole time. The location was close to lots of things, I liked the neighborhood

Scott was an exceptional host! His communication was prompt and clear, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. He went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our checkout time so my wife could work remotely. Highly recommend staying with Scott for a pleasant and accommodating experience!

This is a typical basement apartment, but it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, very easy to get to, and I was very happy with my stay.

Cozy & Quiet!

A very great place - close to the highway, but in a nice residential area! Easy to find and check ourselves into, and Scott was quick to help us with anything we needed. If you need to kill some time before check-in, definitely check out the aquarium or go to Slackwater Pub and grab a hulk pizza - both nearby and both great. Would absolutely stay here again!

Coziest place in Sandy!

This place is the best. Perfect spot for a ski trip. It has all the essentials including a fridge, microwave, bathroom, beds, tv. It's cozy in there and has a wonderful feel. The host are amazing and the shower pressure I'm the bathroom is the best I've ever felt.

Learned from my first VRBO experience to ask more questions of host: got a coffee maker? Got coffee cups or a microwave safe way to boil water? House was clean and well kept. Shower was great: powerful and hot! TV was confusing and no instructions or guidelines left on how to operate it. Fireplace did not work. Would have been nice.

Good location

PROs: good communication while staying at the property, location is very central, clean inside and quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable. Has the basics. CONs: no kitchen sink, no toiletries in shower, one ply toilet paper, and shower temperature is very close between warm and hot, not much play in between. All these cons are very minor and would not prevent me from staying there again.

Great Stay!

Scott’s basement unit was very clean and had a nice layout. I was only really there to sleep and shower, but it would have been a comfortable place to hang out.

Love it

Love the basement, but the trees needs a little trimming. Our car door kept on jamming on the branches. Other then the trees need trimming, it was a good place to stay.

It's a spacious, modern and very comfortable basement apartment located int he heart of Salt Lake City valley with super easy access to the freeway which gets you to downtown in 15 min. and the SLC airport in 20 min. You have access to everything you would need within minutes with dozens of restaurants of all types, stores and shopping, live theater, paved trails and recreational activities, water park and aquarium, and of course skiing and mountain trails.
