Mom and her Girls Weekend

The room was exactly as described, but with a bonus we did not expect to find. It had a very small bedroom that was helpful. We did not see that on the description. We took a blowup mattress and did not need it. The room was clean and comfortable. Would use again.

Disappointed

Not impressed with our rental and it’s lack of cleanliness and disappointed in how you handled it and were really not concerned. Seemed more annoyed with having to deal with us. Don’t worry though you got your money just what you wanted

Not as nice as pictured

We are a family of 5: 1 teen 2 younger children, mom, dad. Summary: this place was ok when we were not hanging out in the room. Its a quick place to drop your stuff and sleep. Not a place I'd like hanging out in for more than an hour. Our trip was quick (weekend) but could not imagine staying for any longer! See below for details. Pros: there were enough places to sleep and you are steps from the beach! Cons: DONT PARK IN GARAGE! parking is horrible if you are driving a large vehicle. It's very narrow and nearly impossible to get in there. I literally made my husband do all the parking and closed my eyes lol. We saw one truck get completely scratched trying. Cons: the condo is very small. The only bedroom was only as big a closet. And could feel a little clostraphobic for 2 adults. Cons: No amenities. there were enough places to sleep but not enough sheets/blankets for everyone. We had to take a sheet off our bed to give to kids. Make sure to bring soaps/extra blankets/ towels for bathing. They do have towels but they seem to shed all over you when used. Con: Not that clean. There were roaches in the kitchen! So we tried not to leave any food out and would not use any of the provided dishes. Bring plasticware and paper plates. The mattress protector on the pull down bed had a small blood stain on it! Tip: there is no key card. The residents just leave something in the lobby door at night to keep the doors open.

Perfect for what we needed

The property overall was clean but there were a few ants on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom and the living room area had a good amount of sand on the floor. It's the beach though - so really not that big of a deal. We needed a clean, affordable place to lay our heads while in town for a soccer tournament and the location was excellent. Check in was a little confusing - no instruction on how to get into building (need a key card to get elevator on parking level and you can't get the key card until you get into the property). The front door on the lobby level also needs a key card after 9pm and we arrived just before that. Had we arrived later, we would've been stuck not being able to get in. Then the code on the door was tricky as no instruction was given as to how it works. You didn't just have to punch in the code - you had to punch it in, wait to hear the click and then turn a locking mechanism until the door locked. Also - no instruction was given on how to lock the door when you left as it didn't lock automatically - you had to hold another button down for a few seconds and wait for it to click and then turn the locking mechanism back the other way. Again - we figured it out, but it was a little frustrating to spend time having to figure it out when getting in late and wanting to just get to bed.

Awful

The smell was literally nauseating. I think there was mold growing somewhere. There was no air conditioning. I called the property management and they said they would get someone to fix it. Nobody ever came. We had to by a fan and leave the balcony door open because it was so hot. There was a roach infestation. There was sand on the floors from the previous guests. The refrigerator and coffee pot was dirty. The Murphy bed and pull out couch mattress already had sheets on them. Unsure if they had been slept on or not. It was not a pleasant stay at all.
